The halls and the staff were fine.
What wasnt fine was the fact that the carparks were too far away.
For anyome with anykind of disability its not recommended.

Perfect for an overnight stay for graduation week. We were able to park on campus near the Great Hall and it was an easy walk to town and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but can be quite warm as the windows do not open much so bringing a fan is a good idea. The breakfast is free and there are a lot of options. It's not a five star hotel but for Exeter graduations it is a great option - convenient location, free breakfast and parking and reasonably priced. Plus the staff are very friendly and helpful.
It was warm in mid-July. A fan in the room as standard would have helped!

The location was lovely and very convenient to get to my son’s graduation the following morning.
The room was absolutely boiling hot, completely unbearable when we first got into the room. The balcony doors do not open properly, so we were unable to get any air into the room. A fan was supplied when we asked for it, but it did absolutely nothing for the heat in the room.
A very hot and uncomfortable night!

"Lovely, helpful staff, room basic but all you need for a night or two. Fridge and safe in room. Easy and cheap cab into city centre. Plentiful, self-serve breakfast."
