Close to the town. Welcoming when we arrived. Room was nice and clean. Food was good, breakfast very good and staff were all helpful and friendly.

Easy to find, great location, staff very friendly, room comfy and had everything we needed.
Room was clean, but certain bits could do with a 'smarten up' some bits in bathroom mainly.
Room was very warm... window was able to be fully opened and not restricted and a fan was supplied, however could do with bigger fan or aircon as was during heatwave.

Check in and out were easy to do online, great central location to catch the shuttle bus to a concert at Powderham Castle. Room was comfortable, clean and provided everything we needed. Didn’t eat here on this occasion but the Sunday lunch we saw being served looked excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
