WORST ever!!

The price point was lower than other places, but HAD BED BUGS, the condition of the rooms here horrible and the location I was told, by my UBER driver, was in the worst/ most dangerous two blocks in Spokane! I should be able to get my money back!!

Sure wished I had gone elsewhere.

What breakfast? The receptionist at check-in was great. The room was large. The air conditioner eventually caught up.

Lots of poop on the toilet seat, some mystery substance in the shower. Room was 88 when we entered after 8 pm. No washrags, no ice maker, dirty ice cube tray, smallest bath towels I have ever seen.

They were cheap and my son was unexpectedly stranded in Spokane for the night by Greyhound not making his connection. It had a lock on door.

Terrible, flat pillows. Wouldnt let me pay for my sons room by phone. Spokane itself is overrun with addicts but Tiki Lodge is in middle of bad area. The front desk person definitely hated her job, there was a passed out, drug user sleeping in a parking spot, and within 20 minutes of being in room, a person was banging on our door, wanting in, obviously not in right mind, and insisting his friend was in room with us. My advise: Pay more; go to place away from here!

It’s hella loud, literally the train tracks is behind the motel. And it’s not double window so you’re gonna hear them like every 30 minutes passing through

So bad I didn’t even stay. We drove back home,3.5 hours away.

We didn’t stay the night it was THAT bad. We tried to check in for almost an hour with no prevail. Between that and how BAD the hotel looked and rundown with chain link fence everywhere around it like it’s condemned. I drove us the 3.5 hours back home because I was not risking our safety.

Exactly what I expected.

I was passing through for work. This was a great value. Door locked, bed and room was clean, staff was friendly. Yes, you will hear a train passing by in the night. Yes, you will see that all types of people stay here. Come on, it’s not the Ritz Carlton, so those who would criticize Tiki Lodge can relax. Don’t stay here if you cannot handle the humanity. I thought it was fine, and I would stay here again.

I would like to have an additional slide-chain lock or something inside on the front door. Let’s face it. It’s kind of a rough neighborhood.

The room was nice and it all worked out well.

The room was clean the staff was friendly and close to my appointment.

It was very noisy, traffic was all around the motel and train was like right on top of motel every 10 minutes a long train went by. The parking lot was very busy at night around the dumpster especially and it felt unsafe. People arguing right next to me foul language. My window was not lockable and was open about a 1/8th of an inch and that made it more noisy.

Frank's diner across the street. The shower pressure was great and the hot water lasted. If I could get a full refund I would ask at least the deposit was back into my account fast.

The shower was dirty and torn up on the bottom. The bed you can tell was done for the spring were no longer usefull you sank right in. The plastic pillows were just a joke the second you layer on them you might as well lay on the mattress. It would have been nice to know the train that went by every hour at night. The sink and shower tile was cracked and it's been awhile since it happened.

Very questionable location. The property is not attractive or well kept. There was no useable WIFI anywhere on the property. The woman who checked me in was friendly.
