Decent location, walking distance to town.

The heating system in the room was not working properly in the middle of winter. Complained 3 times and were only offered a couple thin blankets. So cold I had to sleep in all my clothes. The rooms are not sound proof and we heard our neighbors all night. They charge $15 for parking in an unsecured lot which they do not state on Booking. I've stayed here before and it seems to have gone downhill over time.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The dog room had outdoor access to a grassy area which was very convenient.

The parking fee was a shocker. $15 a day for outdoor parking seemed ridiculous. $50 a day for a small dog was more than half what I paid for myself.

Great Hotel for touring Spokane

Jacob at the front desk was helpful in our early check-in. Our room was expansive with a view of the pool and river spillway. We like the walking access to downtown.

No complaints. Parking is $15 per day but secure.

Affordable, nice, good views, and clean. Very comfy bed. Good staff. Excellent soaps for shower.

Walls are THIN. Neighbors behind us left their TV blasting into the night had to call the front desk at 2am and they dealt with it very promptly. Woke up to skin slapping and coitus from the other neighbors. My only other gripe is the bathroom door, it's a weird sliding "camper" type door that doesn't completely seal (at least in our room) and leaves about an inch and a half gap while you're trying to use the bathroom or shower. Which if you value your privacy in a room you're sharing, may be a concern.

I’ve stayed many times and usually enjoy staying. It is in a great location usually quiet, clean and comfortable.

Stayed here many times and this is the first time I was disappointed with the service. We requested early check in and it was granted for 3:00 pm when we got to the hotel the rooms weren’t ready and we didn’t get called that they were ready until 6:00 p.m.. I requested 2 rooms as I was traveling with family and we were put at complete opposite wings of the hotel. I was disappointed I usually enjoy staying at this hotel.

Location and modern feel of Hotel.

Booking.com showed the room having a balcony, it did not. The only windows were not designed to open, so there was zero fresh air. It was also supposed to be an ADA room, but there were no grab bars in the shower or bathroom at all. The room was on the 2nd floor, which meant stairs or a very long walk to avoid them. I also found a used tube of fungal cream left on a counter in our room. We immediately but socks on...!!

The room was dark and quiet

No one at the front desk when I arrived. The person that finally appeared didn't look like he was at work, except for the name tag he could have been just someone strolling through. He never made eye contact, welcomed me, gave me the WiFi password, or a map to find my room. Couldn't find my reservation. Went to eat at the restaurant later, poor beer selection. Next morning I noticed there were no coffee cups in the room. I called down to ask for them and was told that there was no one to bring them up bc neither housekeeping or engineering arrives until 8:30 AM. However the restaurant was open, so I went down to the restaurant and got my own cup. The front desk person did deliver paper cups while I was away. I was supposed to have a river view, ended up with a view of the parking lot. Table lamps were bolted to the night stand, so I couldn't place my things near the bed. The gray wallpaper like like smoke damage, and the carpet belongs in a casino along with the bright red pleather chair. Very disappointed for a Davenport property. Seems the Davenport name has lost its branding.

Fantastic properties close to everything downtown

The pool area is fantastic. The property had actually been over booked so we were booked at their sister property the Davenport Grand. The combination of getting to use the Centennial’s pool with the upgraded hotel was wonderful.

Both facilities seemed short staffed. When attempting to access the pool there was no one at the front desk of the Centennial. When attempting to get our car from parking we often had to wait as there was no one answering the phone at the service desk.

We like the hotel but it was frustrating to not get the room we booked and have to pay so much to park.

The pool was great and the room was clean.

We didn’t get the room that we originally booked for some reason (was supposed to be adjoining two queen but we got a standard two queen room). When we checked in it was busy but no one explained the parking situation and we ended up paying almost $30.00 to park there when we should have received something at check-in to cover parking.

Not the worst but not the best stay

I thought the property and hotel were beautiful.

The pool water was cold. It didn’t have a hot tub. The sheets were stained, telephone cord was cut and found a couple things previous people left. When the AC kicked on it made our room smell like marijuana for like 10 minutes. With that said, the staff was amazing. They changed the sheets and got us a new phone. We had a beautiful view.

Big pool, comfortable bed and nice view from balcony. Walking distance from park.

The hours for the pool were annoying. 9am-9pm is not enough time. We got up early to try and be alone in the pool for a little bit but someone took their kids out there at exactly 9am. 9pm is too early if it was open later there would hopefully be some time that there wouldn’t be kids being loud and splashing around.
