My son was in Secret Heart Hospital & the Madison Inn was close.

The breakfast was great! It was close to the hospital. I liked the walk in shower for one of my stays.

Comfort and just what you'd need

The room was comfortable. There were plenty of toiletries. Breakfast was included and the breakfast room had a pretty Christmas tree and a lovely fireplace. Food was varied and good. It wasn't crowded on the weekday and there was plenty of parking in a safe lot. The bed was supportive and had 3 pillows of variable softness. It was clean. They had popcorn at night and there were snacks and drinks that could be purchased. Plenty of outlets and a plug in for a phone at the bedside.

I couldn't get the TV to work.

I would definitely stay there again.

The property is less 5 minutes away from the hospital, where my friend has a medical procedure early the next morning. It is clean, quiet and the staff checking us in was super helpful. We were able to check in earlier than 1pm. Hot Breakfast was provided the next morning, along with fruits, coffee tea and juices. I appreciated the convenience of not having to go anywhere else for breakfast.

Would stay here again

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room wasn't fancy but it was clean. Located in the hospital district so I was a little concerned about sirens but I didn't hear even one. Lot of restaurants nearby.

There is road construction going on so finding the entrance was not easy. Expect your GPS to struggle.

Unusual motel, but a great find!

We had no complaints about this Inn. It was very clean, quiet, comfortable bed, and breakfast was unusually good! Much variety to choose from!

Nice room, friendly staff and breakfast included

The staff was friendly and provided popcorn at check-in. The rooms were clean and roomy and the breakfast area was recently remodeled. The food was good and consisted of eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausages, yoghurts, fruit, muffins, cereals, various juices, usual coffees and waffles. There is a Thai restaurant south of the hotel, less than a 10 min walk away.

The beds in our room (#214) were too soft in the middle. I'm not sure if the beds deteriorated or if that is the standard firmness of all the beds.

Great location for our visit. Allows pets which is very important to us. Recent improvements to the property just make this a better option for us (we have stayed here numerous times in the last 7-8 years).

Comfortable stay in Spokane

Friendly, helpful staff. There was a good selection of foods for breakfast. Only one person worked the breakfast and he did a great job. Our only complaint was that we didn't have much warm water, it tended to be luke warm at best, but they are working on repairing it.

Reasonable, clean and comfortable

Reasonable price. Clean and comfortable room. The hotel was quite. It was close to our destination and the breakfast wasn't that bad. We will stay there again in the future.

Stress free, great value, simple and inviting. Great hot breakfast too.

Because I was there for a medical procedure. The hospital was just out the back door not even a five minute walk. this made it super convenient and took one less piece of stress away from having to drive to the hospital and back. The staff was all very friendly, and the breakfast the next morning had things in it, that I could actually eat like yogurt after having my surgery. I loved all the multiple choices and how the fresh coffee and hot water is available all the time.

Only two small things that were not great at the hotel. First thing is the mattresses really need to be replaced. you sunk down in pretty low and there are some indentions, so it’s just time for some new upgrades. that’s an easy fix. and the desk chair that was in the room, had some questionable, stains or stuff on the seat. We chose not to use it because it was questionable. So, if they just steam clean the room chairs and keep an eye out for future stains that would be great. Both of these issues are minor.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the ac unit was loud when it would kick on and off (one of the older styles, not a wall thermostat ) so every time you start to sleep it would kick on and startle you.
