Good value for pricey tourist area

Comfortable and nicely furnished room with comfortable bed. The lobby/breakfast room was nicely decorated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of choices for breakfast. Fresh cookies at 7 pm.

Nice hotel in a not so nice area.

The hotel is super clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, with all of the options.

Worst part is the road noise. The hotel is situated on the corner of 2 busy streets. Though its location is great for access to downtown, it's also a hub for sketchy people. My room had a view the 7 Eleven across the street, and the parking lot was crawling with tweakers.

Hotel is comfy but location is so unsafe that it doesn't matter

Extremely clean, comfortable rooms, good hotel breakfast. It would be a great hotel if it were somewhere else.

The location is terrible and pretty much undoes all the positives. It is in the middle of skid row, surrounded by multiple homeless shelters and treatment facilities. You will see people smoking drugs off of foil, people in leaning fentanyl stupors, agitated tweakers, and just general unpredictable vagrancy in large numbers. This entire section of Spokane is filthy and not safe for regular walking. Folks will also try to sneak into the hotel (for the lobby bathroom or for coffee/breakfast) when a guest comes or goes. I also never saw any security at the hotel or even any police in the neighborhood (it's like the city has just given up). Most of this is not La Quinta's fault, but travelers need to know that it's not worth staying here. Thankfully I flew in and did not have a car with me. I would never for a second keep a car in that lot, even during broad daylight.

Enjoyed our stay.

The room was spotless, and in good condition! Bathroom gorgeous,lots of beautiful towels. Bath supplies lovely, and well lit. Bed was so comfy-nice linens. Hubby loved the easy chair. Front desk staff so nice, and personable, yet so professional. Lobby is gorgeous, has areas for reading,and a computer station.

Would like lamp on desk that is brighter than what was there. Had only center light fixture.

Great stay and great employees.

Everything about the Breakfast offered and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff was fantastic.

The only thing that could have made the stay better was an option to upgrade to better WiFi. Not even asking for it to be free. I’m perfectly fine paying for it to be upgraded. Aside from that it was great. When it comes to the view aspect being lower isn’t really your fault. It’s a bum infested 7-Eleven. Can’t really pick the businesses around it and I chose the first floor. So that’s on me.

The room was not the cleanest. And the heat kept turning off. Breakfast selection was the same all four days.

Close to downtown.

It needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. There was a fake eyelash attached to the phone cord. This leads me to believe the room is not thoroughly cleaned. Photo included.

la quinta was a great place to stay, central to many things and the freeway. the staff was great!

the staff (front desk and cleaners) were helpful and friendly. they made the difference in my stay.

the breakfast was the same day after day. I am a vegan so I was limited to oatmeal and bread. the red apples were mushy. but for my brother, breakfast was fine. I got some non-dairy mylk for my coffee and kept it In the room's refrigerator.

We like the cleanliness of the hotel as well as the Host that checked us in. He was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Getting to the Hotel in relation to downtown, the airport, and other place around the Spokane area were convenient.

Not a big fan of the neighborhood however, it did not affect the quality of our stay.
