Excellent choice for something different

The hotel had plenty of character, it was clean, the rooms were well appointed and the beds incredibly comfortable. Well located for the centre of town with plenty of places to eat and shop. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The hotel have no control over it but there is some noise from the nearby train line.

It was a great location, clean, comfortable and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were amazing.

I’ve gotten used to most hotels not having in room microwaves, but to find that my room did not have a refrigerator was quite surprising and very disappointing.

Overall this is one of my favorite hotels in downtown Spokane and is a bang for your buck!

The hotel is great and in an amazing location to walk up the hill to Maryhill winery or down the hill to downtown where there are lots of shops and restaurants as well as riverside park. The hotel itself is super unique with all the rustic decor and the rooms are a decent size with the bathrooms being huge! The staff are all super sweet and personable, especially Austin and Nyla who helped us multiple times and were so diligent to check in on us and our stay throughout our time here.

My only complaint would be fluffier pillows and maybe a fridge/microwave in the room, but the beds are super comfy and unlike many other places that have feather pillows, (I am allergic and always run into issues) they have cotton which is wonderful.

Location was okay-needed to walk a few blocks to get to better things like Centennial trail and shopping.

Location was close to everything in downtown, staff was helpful and friendly, room was very clean and bed was comfortable.

The pillows were too thick with no options for smaller pillows. And I got no credit on my IHG account because it was booked on Booking.

Loved the size and decor of the rooms. The restaurant was a great addition.

It was a bit removed from the downtown hub. We also felt that valet parking was really the only secure parking option.

Nice stay, besides the 4” hairball cluster in the white tiled shower

Day of check-in front desk, lady worked hard to get reservation fixed as did not transfer to their system. Also provided helpful information regarding parking.

Surprised as I told the front desk, lady and man the day of check out that in the shower was a huge hairball 4” cluster in the white tiled shower. Not sure how this was properly cleaned when the minute you turned the water on it moves and is extremely revolting and ruined the experience. From a customer service perspective I for one would’ve done anything I could for a first time visitor to my hotel. There was no offer of anything other than saying sorry, and that was it. They should’ve at least provided a discount on the bill to encourage returning to their establishment.

I loved staying here! I’ll be back—a lovely space in a great location.

I loved the style, location, staff and comfort of the room. Very helpful and friendly staff! The bed and overall room were very comfortable, and I enjoyed roaming around the area on foot.

I wish we had a mini fridge! That was the only disappointment—we were on a road trip and could’ve used a fridge to store items. Also, I had trouble with my key card. Had to get it replaced before checkout and then had a staff person let me in the second time. Not a big deal—the staff was very helpful—but it was strange to have my key not work twice in one night of stay.

Lovely boutique hotel with immersive historical decor

Hotel Indigo Spokane is a wonderful property. The staff is dedicated and professional, yet still laid-back and friendly. The decor is a superb hybrid of an historic property and a modern boutique hotel. Everything during my stay was exquisitely clean. In-property restaurant and coffee are very satisfying, and there are other options within a block or two. The hotel neighborhood is the Spokane city core, so it's very urban, yet feels safe. I would compare the ambiance of Hotel Indigo Spokane to a high-quality, professionally managed Swiss boutique hotel.

Perfect for one night & day in Spokane.

Excellent service and very clean, trendy hotel right downtown within walking distance of restaurants and parks. Comfy bed and very nice toiletries. I also liked the small but convenient gym area. There was plenty of free, overnight street parking so we didn't have to pay $30 to valet.

The room was a little small, and could've used a mini-fridge. Also would've liked a little more/better coffee and maybe a few bottled waters.

Historic building that has been modernized beautifully and artfully. Outstanding staff, friendly and welcoming.

Every employee was kind, friendly, and helpful. Such great staff members! The hotel was located near many little shops, cafes, and brewpubs. The bathroom was good sized with a nice shower.

The room was quaint but quite basic. It would be helpful to have a mini-fridge as well as a decent window; our window was small and frosted (it faced a wall). Be sure to ask for a room with a window if that's important to you. The rooms don't have carpeting, so we had to endure lots of loud late night and early morning stomping from the folks directly above us.

Great building location is a bit rough.

The room was nice and big. The bathroom was very roomy and clean. The towels were very limited. There should be two towels a person but there was only one making washing my hair and towelling off difficult. The bums around the location made me anxious. The fact that you charged 100 dollars as a security fee was over the top. And you take a week to return it to the credit card is not right.

Beautiful hotel! Spacious rooms including the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. Reception employees were all so friendly and accommodating.

Had a room facing the train tracks. It’s not incredibly loud, but it did wake me up when the trains went by. My father had a room not facing the tracks and he never heard them.

The design is interesting of the hotel. the bed was comfortable and the room overall was nicely laid out.

You could hear everything going on outside, seems there’s no soundproof at all with the windows. You couldn’t charge the restaurant to your room and I found out that they are under new ownership and the restaurant is separate. Theres not too many options for purchasing necessities in the lobby. There was water and drinks and candy but limited other supplies. The area is not great but we had been there before and we were there for our daughters graduation so didn’t matter to us much bc we weren’t walking around there

Noise from trains about 50 yards away meant constantly interrupted sleep. Would not stay here again

Our room was on the 3rd floor south side of the hotel facing the rooftop of a building that was an alley width away and facing the elevated BNSF tracks. The noise from the trains which seemed to run every hour during the night was extremely loud and it felt like the train was coming through our window. Needless to say we did not get a good night's sleep. Even in the daytime the train noise interferred with comfortably staying in the room. We were also a bit puzzled that the space in the large wardrobe in our room was not condusive for hanging much of anything except a very short jacket. The valet parking was smooth if expensive. Although the hotel is conveniently located for getting to downtown Spokane or to areas just across the river and the staff was courteous and helpful because of the train issues I would never stay at this hotel again.
