The manager was very communicative and really understanding.

Overall, just not worth the price. Rooms are small and makes you feel like you are in an upgraded motel. Pool was supposed to be heated but was not even closed to 86 degrees as promised.

The design is stunning. And the team was utterly phenomenal The room service being healthy, organic, flavorful and seed oil free was a giant PLUS and will make us want to return

Decent amenities, fun location - amature hour when it comes to staff and management unfortunately

Restaurants were great.

Pool Bar staff - worst I’ve ever seen. Asian guy working at the bar super rude. Slow, got upset because I’d ordered food while at chairs and came by the bar to watch the games on the tv in the shade - I paid for accomodations via booking.com miscommunication between the app and the property led to me being told at check in that I was being charged for incidentals but in actuality it was room rate plus incidentals. Double charge, no biggie just annoying. Called front desk had to escalate to manager, both conversations were a waste of time. Beautiful view at the dinner restaurant upstairs and from the pool but not worth

Great location but not a special experience

The property was clean and in the heart of downtown.

I understand that maintenance needs to be done, however in the room we were in, we could hear the crews loudly blocking the streets at 6am for window cleaning beginning at 9am. I think I may have had high expectations given the reviews, but for the price, there really wasn’t anything special about this property. Most staff were friendly (especially bell services) but other than that the staff didn’t really make you feel like a valued Guest, just another check in. I’ve stayed at many PS hotels, and wouldn’t stay here again.

The ambiance and overall feeling of the hotel was the best

It is nice, but for the price I would have thought to get more out of it. Maybe some waters and we ordered room service which the food was mediocre and in my option overpriced. Would have been better to get take out at a surrounding restaurant because there many to choose from

Easy and relaxing from check-in- to check-out.

Professional and efficient staff, very positive interactions with each one...shuttle to airport with explanations by valet of wait-time, helpful and pleasant when my friends came by with car, etc. etc. etc--!

The music throughout the facility. Got to be an irritation after a few hours waiting for a friend downstairs or at pool. Would have preferred something 'softer.' But that's on me: my advanced age---

This place is Modern, air conditioned an always super stylish!!

Maybe I thought this was a adults only hotel. Not the hotels fault, that’s on me. It was always full of adults and was calm and sophisticated and vibing. There were a lot of screaming kids there recently which might impact my future stays. Again, NOT the hotels fault, definitely my fault for not checking to ensure a relaxing stay in Palm Springs in the future..
