Good facilities with a lovely pool in a great location.

The resort is clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. The pool is lovely. The staff were professional and responsive, if not particularly caring.

Because it's a resort, the hallways are outdoors, which means that it is common to be woken up or kept awake by people talking loudly outside your door. Housekeeping seemed pretty nonexistent. Check in is at 4 pm which is a long time to wait if you arrive in at 1 pm after a long flight.

The property is in the best location. Right across the street from the Palm Springs art Museum and the heart of Palm Canyon, which is the downtown area in Palm Springs. The hotel is not new, but the room was clean and looked like it has been remodeled in the last few years. Bedding was minimalist but fine. Air conditioning was an in wall air conditioner, which I don’t particularly like, but it did keep the room cool enough.

The pool did not look very clean when we looked at it in the evening when we arrived. The Jacuzzi was small and there were several people in it. The pool area was disappointing.

The location is great.

Employee who checked me in was “meh”. Granted we arrived after 8pm but she seemed tired and did not engage in any mind of greeting. Our room was not one of the nice renovated rooms they are showing on TikTok…it was old and the floors were filthy. Had to wash my son’s feet after 5 mins of him playing. The WALLS ARE THIN! We heard EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING going on in the rooms next to us. You can hear a toilet flush next door. It’s very hard to sleep. Speaking of sleep the bed was one of the worst I’ve ever slept on. One of those you sink into when you lay down and not in a good way. Would not recommend! Only one who slept fine was our 6 yr old.

Clean, conveniently located hotel with a nice secluded pool

The location is perfect! Right in the middle of Downtown and we did not have to move the car at all since it was walking distance to all the main attractions. The pool was also great, hidden from the public and plenty of seating and music was enjoyable with different genres of music.

Nothing really, it had everything I could ask for in a hotel! If I had to mention one thing, it would be the tv programming. There was not a lot to watch on TV, but this is an extremely minor inconvenience and almost not worth mentioning.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, walk across the street to the middle of downtown shops and restaurants. The decor is fresh and pretty with comfortable beds. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the clean, sparkling heated pool with lovely landscaping surrounding the pool area. We also used the spa and at night we sat out by the fireplt in clean comfy chairs.

I am having a hard time thinking of any negative comments.

Not what I expected. Rooms don’t match the lobby

I expected a spa resort but once I checked in the lobby doesn't match the rooms. Looks like it received a remodel but there is paint every in the elevator, elevator did not come sonj had to take the stairs a couple of times, the cart for luggage had low air so it was so hard to push the cart, the bed smelled like the bedding wasn't washed/changed as it smelled like an old man with a lot of cologne and we asked to extend our stay to 3pm but was not able to due to a convention but the clerk did not know what convention. The the experience I was expecting.

Not what i expected , room had weird smell and did not appear as the picture shown on site! needs more upgrade for a more comfort stay! We left the minute we walked in the room and notice mildew smell and darkness of the room. Went to another hotel near by and booked a night, returned next day n checkout w your hotel n left everything untouched!

Great location, great pool, everything you need!

The location is amazing in downtown I'd highly recommend it. Our daughter especially loves a "night swim" when I goes dark but the pool is still warm. Free Starbucks in the morning also helps!
