There was too much going on in the hallways at night. Stairwell was not well lit

Close to airport. Room was spacious and clean
No ice machine available on property because there are refrigerators and ice trays.

Neighbors partying till 4am with loud music and also people smoking weed by pool area , they weren’t told anything yet we were told to leave pool area because we had my sick puppy that was in a wagon and we didn’t want to leave her in room alone .
Water was turned off yet we were not informed,
