The room had low lighting and things were falling apart like hooks coming out of the wall. The shower mat had a dark shoe print on it. The shower lost hot water. The only good thing about the room was the bed was comfortable. There were people yelling next door and one of them went pass my window to check me out. I didn’t feel safe, so I checked out the night I was supposed to stay overnight.

We stayed two nights and that was enough. The room is very clean and the staff is nice and helpful but the room is old and worn out and in need of maintenance. Closing the toilet door, you almost get your fingers chopped off and the walls are cracked and peeling off. Doors and gates to the pool area are open 24x7 and blocked with stones so be careful if you stay with small children. And try to get a room away from the pool (at least the Jacuzzi) since people like to party there until 1AM.

The Infusion is well situated at the north western area of Palm Springs; easy walking to shops, restaurants and across the street from beautiful hillside homes, streets. The check-in/check-out was easy, the staff friendly and professional. The room was basic, but clean. I had a queen size bed, a small refrigerator, wifi was active as was cable programming-Turner classic movies. I did not walk around the property to see/use the pool, so I can't comment on that amenity. Overall, my lodging needs were adequately met and I will be booking another stay shortly.

Clean room! 2 very uncomfortable chairs, a small floor lamp . King bed very uncomfortable ! Like a heavily worn foam mattress . No blanket on bed or in the room . Refrigerator had been left partially open and had defrosted with a large puddle on the floor! The shampoo etc were very small and there was only one of each for two people! The bathroom was adequate! There wasn’t a hairdryer! Overall a sad accommodation for the price! Also only coffee was in the front office vs nothing in the rom! Won’t stay there again !
