    Everything about this place was the worst - TV did work even with the manager coming to fix it twice My door didn’t close all the way The shower head was falling off The AC was loud and barely working I have photos that won’t upload here but I should never have paid for this - they didn’t care whatsoever

    Staff is really rude and has terrible customer service. They made me feel like I was a problem being there or it was a hassle to do there job. Didn't make me feel welcomed at all to the point where if i didn't have the room already paid for I would have left. It took almost a month to get my deposit back and that was after I had to call multiple times asking them for my deposit back after being told it would only take 3-5 days depending on my bank. I'm almost positive that if I didn't press the issue they would have just not returned it to me. I requested pool towels to go to the pool with and that took them hours to give to me for whatever reason. . Meanless to say I will not ever go back there nor will it ever be an option to stay when i go on vacation .
