I stayed at Hotel Zoso during the Coachella period, and while the overall experience was okay, I expected more given the relatively high price during this time. The location is definitely a strong point. The hotel is centrally located in Palm Springs, making it very convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas. The room itself was spacious, and having two queen beds was perfect for two people. The balcony was also a nice addition. However, there were several issues in the room (Room 303). Multiple power outlets were not working, and some lights were not functioning properly. The bathroom amenities were very minimal, with only makeup remover wipes provided. Drinking water was limited to two small bottles, and on some days, they were not replenished. It would also be helpful to have a kettle in the room. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but considering the price, especially during Coachella, the hotel should definitely provide a better and more consistent experience.
