Location, fairly reasonable rate,
Clean, staff helpful and friendly.
Air conditioner fan in the room ran 24 seven and noisy. Get a BIG trashcan near the coffee pot so you can throw your paper & creamer cups in the trash and not all over the floor as the current trashcan is useless! Provide napkins on the coffee table so You can wipe up your spills and not leave it messy for the next person.

Stayed here many times,always the same ,You know what your going to get,great value especially if you use Booking .Com..bus service in front to downtown which is also walkable...this is not the Hilton

Outside area is nice and landscaped.
parking easy.
close to aerial tram park.
No kleenex tissues in room.
No extra blankets.
steps to room hard to get luggage up them.
bed was creaking and noisy.
faucet leaked underneath.
no extra channels on TV.
