Room was fine and the staff were excellent. The room #201 should not be used however. It is next to the electrical room and it vibrates all night long like there is a lawnmower in the room. Unfortunately I have had this room twice now and it should really not be rented out or at the least not charge full price. Really not a good room!

Drives facing outside, did not pull closed all the way. Even was trying to force it all the way, you can still see in from the outside. Shower curtain did not close all the way. Several hooks were missing. We had to put a couple of hooks back ourselves because they were laying inside the shower. Still not able to close curtain and shower, so everything got wet. Too late in the evening to complain about it.

We have stayed at this Motel 6 several times. We like the location for hiking and biking. Two years ago we found a bed bug in our room. Before this week's trip, I phoned the manager Juan and asked if there had been any bed bug incidents lately. He said not lately and that he deals with any reports of bed bugs immediately. He also has a pest control service spray twice per month. He said he takes pride in his property, so we decided to give it a try and booked our stay. We were pleased not to find bed bugs, but we did find three German cockroach nymphs. I got two of them into a container and took them to Juan. He was not alarmed at all. He denied that they were German cockroaches, even though I was sure of it, and google lens verified it. I'll include a photo I took. Juan said they were bugs that lived in the vegetation around the pool and sometimes got into rooms. German cockroaches do not live in outdoor vegetation. I told him we did not want to bring them or any bugs or their eggs home, and he said indifferently, "You won't." German cockroaches are notorious hitchhikers, and we were concerned, but he was not. We inspected all our possessions and washed everything when we got home, but I was not happy with Juan's cavalier attitude. This motel is great in so many ways. Our room was clean. The parking lot is well lit. The location is great. But I don't appreciate our concerns being dismissed as if unreasonable. Juan did say he'd treat our room, so that's at least something.

We canceled the moment we showed up, the room was humid, the AC did not work, the TV did not work, Holes in the wall and on the table,it was dirty in the sleeping area and the bathroom. The main door had a small gap and you can see/hear outside. Big group of people hanging out late at night drinking, smoking, and partying in the walkway area and halls, security did nothing about it. I canceled our trip and found a different hotel only for Motel 6 to charge my complete stay 4 days later, even after talked to the front desk and them saying with will cancel everything.

I understand this is a budget friendly hotel , but that shouldn’t mean that it is ok to not withhold certain cleaning standards. The place was dirty from the floors to the sheets to the shower . We were only there for one night and got out of there as soon as possible the next morning, the smell was unbearable

Room wasn't clean. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in weeks. I had to put towels down to take a shower. I would not walk on it without shoes. The room was $65 basically I got what I paid for. Staff was nice but when I got to my room the key didn't work and the attendant went to dinner I had to go to dinner and get the key redone

The area is nice however this hotel housed drug addicts and other people that seem to have male visitors daily. They don’t clean the parking lot so there were used syringes lying on the ground. The bed was the worst one I have ever slept on. It was so uncomfortable and had sunken in spots. I would definitely not recommend staying here. Also, I feel Hotels.com should do a better review of hotel listings they have on their site.

Didnt get enough sleep due to the room on top of us is making so much loud noise the whole night. And when I get there she asked me to pay for the room but when I booked it under HOTELS.COM the lady said they have nothing to do with the HOTELS.COM so I have to pay before she let me check in and didn't want to give me a refund. Not so helpful at all. And outside our room there was a homeless chilling and smoking weed and cigarette knowing that the room is a NO SMOKING ROOM. No remote for the tv no hair blower in the room. Very disappointed. Surely will never go back again to this hotel.

It was just ok . No shampoo or microwave. But the worst part was I wanted to be near Palm Springs. It says Palm Springs Palm Desert is 20 miles away. I wasn’t aware of that very inconvenient so I checked out that morning and didn’t say the second night and still haven’t been reimbursed I’ve been able to contact anybody

Booked multiple rooms on hotels.com. When checking in, because those not registered to the room arrived earlier, I changed the names on hotels.com, they were not allowed to check in. After over an hour on the phone w hotels.com i was told they gave away the rooms & i would have to rebook at a rate 3x my original rate. Luckily hotels.com found another hotel and paid the different. It was a horrible experience.
