Got upgraded to a king suite, it had a large living room, sink/refrigerator room, a walk in closet and separate bedroom. Super nice and clean! The pools were awesome and a necessity in the 110 degree weather. Loved this place and will definitely be back!

Hubs and I were in town for a wedding and decided on a boutique hotel instead of one of the big bros. Boys aren’t we happy we did, hospitality.. check, yummy ( better than continental breakfast)…. Check, wonderful staff…. Check. A revisit for sure.

Where do I even begin. I booked this resort for my birthday to stay with my best friend for 3 nights who has never been to Palm Springs. Based on reviews and the prices we were expecting top notch, that is not what we got. It was communicated a number of times prior to the trip it was for a bday so any acknowledgment would have been nice but we will skip that part. First day of arrival our day at the pool was filled with sounds of construction. Morning one we were worked up to blaring sounds of music at 8am of the pool speaker outside of window. Once we decided to go to the pool located by our room there were no towels or water to be found. After asking a number of times they were finally provided after 2.5 hours. The security gate was constantly left open and we woke up to cake left outside our door the last morning with a message left for us by who we do not know and the hotel said it wasn’t them. SCARY!!!! The linens on the bed are so soiled I’d love to provide a pic but just use your imagination. The swamp cooler that is the AC smells of stale mold and mildew and is a level of noise it makes it hard to sleep. Lastly there is no TV just apps you have to use your own sign in for so after a long day if you want unwind not only are you paying an arm and a leg to stay here you need to use your own subscriptions to watch television. This is just a small portion of the issues we had here. Honestly we would’ve left but decided to explore the city and try to make the most of our stay. My advice save your money and stay elsewhere.
