Great location and rooms

Fantastic location just steps from Palm Springs best bars and restaurants. The rooms are very modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The staff is always so nice and helpful when we check in or need anything. We've stayed here twice and would stay again.

They really need to redesign the pool area it looks like a prison yard and a hotel airport mixed together. They could make this so much more beautiful with some color or plants. It's a bit of a drab.

It was so nice being able to walk out of the hotel and be right in the heart of downtown Palm Springs! The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the hotel’s lively drag bingo night and the entertaining comedy show - thanks for showcasing the local talent! What a fun evening!

Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Very close to everything we wanted to see.

The parking situation! It was valet only so it took a while to get to our car at checkout. Wish there was a self park option available for easy ins and outs. Also a lot was shut down (like the cafe and market) due to it being off season.

Fantastic Location, Comfy room and bed, Wonderful Staff!

The courtyard layout, and balconies are nice. The views of the mountains are spectacular! The pool area is pretty nice. Food and drinks are available. Shrimp Tacos were pretty good. The staff at the outdoor bar/cafe are super nice. The room was very nice, comfy bed, nice bathroom. The staff are very nice and helpful. The airport shuttle is a must if you're staying a Zoso. Location is fantastic! Right near the bars, restaurants, and shopping. Over all, I'm very satisfied and would definitely stay again.

Was a mediocre experience, some improvement with decor and maintenance of drapes etc is needed.

Hotel property is worn down in areas. Big stains on carpet in the hallways. Drapes in room didn't work properly. Maintenance came to repair,still couldn't open easily,seem off track. Railing in lobby around stairs entering the lobby. Chipped paint and in need of repair. Only decafe coffee available in the room. Would not recommend to friends or family unless they specifically want a downtown location.

Worth the bed and pool but little else

Beds were comfortable and Pool. Stacy is the best at front counter and in my opinion should be the boss.

Bakery/Coffee Shop was listed to open at 6 but didnt. They said operates by 3rd party. So waited til 7. Then 8. Never opened. Valet parking only. Spend that help to make a coffee shop or breakfast start! And daughter left her googles by pool and staff said the pool door locked and I would have to wait til the pool people got there! My wife walked to the pool opened thr door and grabbed mask. Lied. We were about 1 hrs late leaving because of Coffee shop and pool lie. Not happy. Like I said, change thr breakfast options and promote STACY if you want great leadership.

Location is perfect as it is in the centre of the resort.

Neither the bar nor the restaurant were open. The website is still advertising full food and bar facilities, note this is not the case. I saw the pool bar open on a few occasions on our 9 day stay. The pool area is small but very nice. The pool itself is only 3.6ft at its deepest.

I wouldn't stay here again

There was nothing that I found value in at the hotel. It was just "fine."

The restaurant and bar weren't operating, so no food was on site. I had to ask for housekeeping to make up my room. The nightstand in my room had drawers that didn't shut so I hit my knee on it in the middle of the night. The lamp didn't work. There was no mini-bar or not even a place to buy water or drinks on site. The shower curtain needed to be replaced, and the shower head was so calcified it was clearly old. This hotel had a weird vibe. The front desk was weird, it was dead inside and honestly I didn't like any of it.
