Last minute trip was a perfect stay at the Hilton Palm Springs!!

It was walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The staff was attentive and the check in and check out was smooth. The pool area looks so relaxing. I didn’t get to use the pool but my sisters and I hung out by the pool in the evening by the fireplaces and it was so calming. Can’t wait to come back for my bday in April.

An easy fix would be to change the old tub to a walk in shower. This room needs the drain fixed on the shower so that it closes completely when the shower is turned on and the tub is not filling up with water at the same time.

Spot on our weekend!

The location and facilities are amazing. We have such a great family time! We will definitely come back in future. Speacially in the winter!

Although the breakfast menu was good and sufficient, I have to say that it could be better. But still very good comparing to some other places we have been.

A very comfortable, pleasant stay in the sun in fabulous Pam Springs.

We had an upgrade on arrival. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Lovely sitting area. Bathroom, again very spacious and excellent facilities. Excellent location, only minutes walk to downtown. Pool very spacious. Always plenty beds and pool bar great. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The fact that they charge $30 a night to park should you wish to use their car park. We didn’t and just parked on the street. Also I joined the loyalty scheme but couldn’t get the points or nights stay as booked through booking.com. Whilst I realise that isn’t directly the hotels fault and more a company issue, it’s still worth a mention.

The room was spacious and felt fairly luxurious. The pool and fitness room were good. It's literally right across the street from the casino, for people interested in gambling.

It was fairly expensive, but not out of line with the local prices for nice hotels.

Not very happy .

Pool

Room was awful. Air conditioner dropped all over the floor so everytime we walked to the bathroom we had to walk over wet carpet. They never came to clean our room even tho we called the front desk and requested it. I left my bathing suit drying out on the patio chair. After checkout I went back for it in lost and found and it was gone. Won't ever stay here again. Pool people were nice room service was terrible plus lost my bathing suit.:(

Huge rooms and great staff but a few issues

The staff were lovely and the room was huge. Comfortable bed and lovely to have a good sized balcony

The room smelled of cigarette smoke which was offputting. The AC also wasn’t great - the temperature adjustment was broken so the room was stuck extremely cold. The decor could do with a refresh.

Good stay, it worked well for us for stagecoach. Closeish to shuttle stop and shops.

Good location, we came for stagecoach so it was part of our package. We booking an extra night through here. They were accomodating to most of our requests i.e staying in the same room even though it was two bookings. Room was big and spacious, which was perfect as we were a group of 4.

Room was a bit outdated. I know it was stagecoach weekend so prices were upped but it was pretty expensive for one night.

The vibe at this hotel was so good for Palm Springs. The pool area was lovely. We walked from our hotel to shopping and restaurants. It was a great place to stay.

Relaxing

Pool area was very nice, work out room was good

When we arrived, Hilton had no record from Booking that we had reserved the stay. I had the confirmation information on my phone which I showed the manager, who told me I had to call booking. The manager called and found out booking dropped the ball and did not send over our reservation. It was a hassle for a few minutes, however the problem was solved.
