Overall, the breakfast was fine, The attendant kept things clean and orderly. However, the sausage patty was too spicy, and the bacon is served in clumps, which can be wasteful if someone only wanted a couple of slices. Consider making some salt/pepper/sugar packets available for guests who take food back to their rooms.

The shower curtain is too short, and the bathroom floor gets wet when running the shower with the curtain closed, of course.. The soap gets stuck to the soap dish which makes it hard to use without getting soap under your fingernails when prying the soap out of the dish..Consider putting a hook on the inside of the bathroom door to hang a robe, etc.

The front desk folks were very friendly and welcoming.

The rooms smelled like mold/mildew. Even my husband noticed it and he rarely notices this kind of thing. I have allergies and asthma. It was a miserable 3 nights. I had to take Benadryl every night just to manage the symptoms.

We have stayed at this hotel in other locations and been quite pleased. This facility was old and run down. Our refridgerator was broken for the duration of our stay. Probably wont stay at Home2 Suites again.

Home2 Suites has always been my favorite Hotel never had any complaints about it, but this July 2 to the 5th it wasn't as pleasant as always, first problem was, ( and this was Booking.com fault) the hotel wanted me to pay for my reservation after I had pay everything thru the bookin.com app, apparently the app didn't send the payment notice to the hotel, I spend 2 hours on front desk while they fix that problem, after all that was fix and they gave me my room the facility had a strong smell like humidity I told the front desk lady but all they did was to send the maid to clean I had to buy Frebeeze to get rid of the smell, the morning front desk lady was always in a bad mood I didn't like her attitude, usually all front desk people before her would take care of you with a smile, and would do anything to make your stay pleasant this new lady can't be in a costumer service area, this is the first time after many years that I didn't like or enjoy my stay now the night shift lady's were very helpful and pacient to fix the mess bookin.com did with .y payment.

I like the room size & the kitchenette is very convenient. The location is great, close to everything!
