I enjoyed my stay

Didn’t get to have breakfast but from quick observation, it looked good

The only issue I had was the noise on the floor above us which was the third floor was loud, bumping noise til the early hours of the next morning. Other than that, it was clean, the staff was awesome. Maybe breakfast should be offered complimentary for guests.

Great staff, needs updating, good value.

Every staff member that I interacted with was great. We were traveling with our almost 3-year-old grandson, and he was very active: running around the room. The guests a floor below us complained about the noise and I received a call from the front desk. The front desk person was very understanding and nice when she was relaying the complaint. I really appreciated that kindness and understanding.

The carpet and the couch in the room needs to be replaced. Other than the bathroom, the whole room should be updated. We had a lamp without a bulb, the television has a large scratch across the screen, no bedding for the hide-a-bed, ice maker broken, the pool heater was inoperative (later repaired), and one room had an unpleasant odor. These are all relatively minor issues, and we didn't complain (other than this review).

The location was good with lot of restaurants nearby.

Everything was good but there is 1 thing which I couldn't leave as a feedback in the hotel as no one was there when I left the facility and I had to drop the room key in the reception. I stayed in room 327 on third floor and floor carpet was kind of sticky and I couldn't walk without shoes, may be it was not cleaned well or the carpet need a replacement.

Worst hotel ever stayed

It is close the event my kids need to join.

For 3 nights stayed, two nights without hot water. Heating is not usable for bad smell. Asked for repair the bathtub drain, never show up. No USB port in the room, no lights beside the bed.

Beautiful staff not so beautiful hotel.

Staff was really friendly. Lobby was very pretty and smelled great.

Once you got past the pretty Lobby it got bad. Elevators had a strong chemical odor. The air started to feel stuffy once u reached your floor and it felt humid. As soon as we stepped inside our room, a pungent smell hit us. It smelled like mildew, feet, and sweat. The bed sheets were moist. I asked to get them changed for some dry ones and request room deodorizer. Came back to the sheets being a little better but the smell was still there. My friends and I developed a stuffy nose and cough through the night. We didnt get much rest. Friends staying in the floor above us complained about the same thing and they heard critters inside the walls. I booked a 2 queen bed room. The beds were more full size not queen. Would definitely not stay here again.

Horrible experience

The only thing I like about it was the one and only front desk clerk Kelly was very nice and polite and accommodating.

My family had a horrible experience at this hotel. First of all breakfast was not included. Room 202 may have had bed bugs my family got ate up in that room. That whole floor in that hallway had a strong smell of paint. The front desks clerks were VERY rude with the exception of Kelly. They kept saying this was a Holiday Inn Express no where was that noted on the website or the front sign. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER RETURN.

The lobby was hot, the staff was real slow to get to me because they were dealing with a personal issue of their own. They put me in a handicap room, I did not ask for that, the room had a bad smelly bathroom and most lightbulbs were out.

The front desk called us at 3am to confirm our registration. The floor was alternately sticky and slippery. The room smelled bad, and everything in it felt damp. The tub was dangerously slippery.

I got charged through booking.com for 2 rooms instead of the 1 I needed. Holliday Inn canceled 1 of the rooms that night but im still charged for both rooms

Location.

Some front desk staff didn’t seem to want to interact with customers, like they were being bothered. The restaurant/bar staff disappeared for several minutes. It appears that had to cover other areas of the hotel in addition to covering the restaurant. Some patrons were disgusted and left when no one showed up to take their orders.

This is a really nice property with a great location. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Nice area to stay. Moses was great! Super helpful. The other staff were all nice too but I didn't catch their names. I would recommend this hotel.

Laundry accommodations were not up to par. There was only two washers and two dryers. One of the washers was out of order and one of the dryers I used for over 1-1/2 hours and my load still wasn't completely dry.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was the best service I have ever had. The breakfast had a good selection and again the staff was exceptional.
