The location is great. Not fully in Houston but still with lots of services around.The room is a basic room. There is desk space and the air condition works. The room can be dark.
I'd like a refrigerator. The surrounding area is extremely noisy. The particular room I had this last time had thin walls. I could clearly hear the television next door. The most irritating thing I've encountered is that the room key is reprogrammed in the early morning and if you leave to pack the car you cannot get back into your room. You have to visit the office to get your entry card reprogrammed.

Outside needs freshening up. Inside room was clean and good. House keeping was great.
Main off on the outside needs to be spruced up.
