Great staff and location for a quick trip!

The staff was over and beyond friendly! They helped us check in easily and gave us great tips for things to do around the area. The room was very spacious and well equipped. Great coffee machine for the morning!

Water pressure could be better in the shower and sink. It was a bit hard to shower since water came out softly. The mattress was not too comfortable. Wouldn't stay here for a long time due to this but for a short trip it was perfect.

The property had a strong urine smell in the lobby. The room we were in had a really bad smell in it. The guest next to us argued every night and were very disruptive.

This hotel gets five stars from me and my family.

The staff was exceptional! They went above and beyond to meet our every need. The location was absolutely perfect. Our room was very accommodating. The sofa bed in the living room allowed one of our night owls to stay up all night without interfering with the sleep of everyone else. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again

The only part that could’ve been better is that there was zero communication with booking.com. Once I made the reservations, I could never reach anyone with booking.com again. We were there because my cousin was having brain surgery. He was released sooner than anticipated so two days early I tried to reach out to cancel the last day but could not get anyone to respond. The general manager of the hotel tried as well but neither one of us were able to get a return email or phone call. Very disappointing.

The staff goes above and beyond. I was very happy with my stay.

It's hard to answer this, because everything was great as expected. The things I was not happy with are things I knew when booking. Example: no breakfast or other amenities of a full service hotel. BUT, again, I am not complaining. I booked the hotel because of the large space it provided for my family and the price. It was wonderful! I would book again!

Overall it served its purpose but I think there’s definitely room for improvement.

Felt like my old apartment and I could cook breakfast in the morning to keep my family’s routine.

Some questionable stains on the carpet in the bedroom and one on the chair in the living room. Also I think someone missed a spot when cleaning and some dishes were dirty.

I loved the staff. They were informed and very helpful. Even when I wanted to pull out my hair. They were there for the rescue. They were a great group of people.

I thought there would be more cookware available. Also I would have liked an extra key. There were also no bed linen for the sofa bed available. Or pillows for it.

Nice affordable space for work at NASA, but not for everyone

Lots of room! Quiet, nice big TVs I was staying there for 3 days while working at NASA on site. Easy drive to work. Elevators are good. Staff went out of their way to help me as they closed before I could make it to front desk.

The pics make the furnishings look more substantial than they are; it felt like an old apartment complex with fresh paint and redesign that will fall apart within a short period of time… kind of like military billeting for senior NCOs/CGOs but design is more modern looking over older structure. There was a slightly strange chemical smell in the room that I couldn’t place… not enough to make me leave. Biggest concern was location when I arrived at night, but it looked much safer during the day. Wish there was a 24/7 front desk.Not a fan of the town Weber that it’s in, but others may be fine with it.

But there are some restaurants in walking distance and the barbeque area in the center of the hotel is perfect to sit an evening. I have been there before and would book here again.

The staff!! best staff ever! Tofi and Sky, honestly, are the best persons we’ve ever met, they helped us a lot, we will never forget their kindness and sensitivity. We thank you a lot! The room was clean, spacious and modern, kitchen included almost all kitchen accessories. Also, we liked the wi-fi connection, it was fast. Convenient parking. Convenient location, a lot of stores and shopping malls around there.

Kitchenette with dishes and pots/ pans and utensils makes it convenient for cooking and eating.

The dishwasher is a nice feature but this one didn’t allow fingers enough room between washer and counter to press and see buttons to navigate.
