Location was great. The decor and multiple areas to relax in the lobby was very nice although i didn't get a chance to use them during my stay. Hopefully will get to next time.

The staff upon my arrival. There was an issue with the card I had on file. I tried to use the key on the app and it didn't work. When i approached the front desk with the issue, she was not very courteous. Didn't offer any explanation as to why i was unable to use the app to check in. Just told me that i needed to pay at the desk. Then I had to ask for a physical key because i wasn't aware that the card i had on file was not activated and that was why i was unable to use the key on the app. I requested 2 keys but was only given 1. When we arrived we were the only ones there, we were trying to buy items for the room, like water or snacks. But she immediately turned away and didn't offer any assistance. We very loudly said multiple times, how do we pay for these, or what was a price and was ignored. So we were unable to purchase anything and had to go to a near by convenience store. Which was not an easy task given the location on the highway.

Good hotel for a reasonable price; we would definitely stay there again.

Location was great. Staff and cleanliness was great. Breakfast was good; we especially appreciated the hours breakfast was available.

We had the standard king room - it was not very spacious. The towels were not very soft.

The room was clean but scant. There are few aminities. Next time I will pay a few extra dollars and stay elsewhere.

Good location with free parking

They charged $10 because my child used a washcloth and left makeup on it. They did not wash it before charging me extra. The charge appeared right after check our. They did not have alternative for makeup removal. I do not trust this policy. I won’t be back to Hilton.

Overall, this stay was a complete disappointment and a total waste of money.

Only the location

First of all, the breakfast was extremely disappointing – almost no variety at all. When we got to the room, it was noticeably small. The pillows were literally paper-flat, the mattress was too small for two adults, and the blankets didn’t even have proper covers, which felt very unhygienic. There was no kettle or microwave in the room, which you would reasonably expect at this price point. The fridge was essentially useless – we stored some food in it and it went bad because it wasn’t working properly. There was also nowhere to properly store our clothes, so we ended up living out of our bags. The AC was another major issue. It barely worked and the room was uncomfortable most of the time. Considering how much I paid for this hotel, I feel completely cheated. For this amount of money, I could have easily stayed somewhere far better. This stay felt like a scam, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It felt like a youth hostel re-imagined by Hilton.

I liked the price, the friendly staff and the location. The bed and the TV were large. The 24-hour coffee was fantastic and I could get good work done in the lobby. I liked Apple TV+ that I could connect to my account.

The room was small, basically just enough room to walk around the bed. There was no closet or chest of drawers. The shower door wouldn't stay closed. There was no place to sit and watch the gigantic TV set.

A clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel that never disappoints.

I always choose Tru by Hilton Webster because of the location — it’s close to the mall, restaurants, and the Webster/Clear Lake area. It feels like a little cheat code since it’s only about 30 minutes south of Houston if you don’t mind a short drive. The rooms are always clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and while the rooms are smaller, they’re perfect for showering and resting without paying extra for unused space. Prices are usually reasonable, and the included breakfast (though I didn’t try it) seems like a great value, especially for families.

The city taxes and fees do creep up on the total cost a bit.

Clean, fun and safe for traveling families and single pringles alike!!

Every single staff member always had a smile on their face and ready to help. The rooms are clean and the property is fairly quiet. There were a TON of families with children staying here as well. This made me feel safe and the noise levels were still low at night! I was never disturbed when I did not want to be and I was always helped when I needed it. There were no nickel and diming here and the parking is very easy and convenient. I highly recommend. The breakfast buffet is nothing to write home about but the coffee is decent!! A rarity and a blessing for free hotel coffee.

The first 2 nights, the sheets were extremely uncomfortable. They were rough and old with snags in fabric. However, when my room was cleaned on the third day, the sheets were perfect from there!! I was mis-informed and thought there was a bar/food on premise. There was not but there were a ton of places nearby and a nice recommendation list from hotel.
