Breakfast was definitely above average. There was a good variety in a comfortable dining room.

The carpet was dirty smell the dog, carpet was old and musty.There was anothr couple was talking about the room was musty. our sinus was bad all weekend.The hotel need a make over with that carpet smell.It was a bad birthday weekend for me.

Loved how everything was very convenient we were in a good area for shopping and finding ways to pass time.

I didnt like the morning breakfast staff... one woman was kind and helpful the other woman who was making waffles was a bitter, spitful woman. im not sure of she was having a bad day but she was just spewing negativity my children and I felt as if we were in a hostile involvement we eneded up taking breakfast to our room to avoid this woman's negativity.

Locale,very clean,great breakfast and seemed very safe.

Only complaints were not much parking (esp.wheelchair) and the mattress was hard and lumpy.

The property was cleaner then most places that I have stayed. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was better than expected and the staff at breakfast, were very friendly and helpful.

I booked 2 rooms 4 months before our stay and requested two rooms side by side. (We were traveling with children) one week before our stay I received a confirmation on our rooms. then which I sent back a message to confirm our side by side rooms, which they never replied. Once we arrived, front desk said only one room was ready and we would have to wait for the second. about 15-20 minutes. I asked if our rooms were side by side and the said no they are on different floors! which then they blamed on bookings for the rooms not being together. (BECAUSE WE GOT A SPECIAL RATE) they would not make any changes that we had requested. That were made 4 months before our stay. So after an 90 minute wait our rooms were finally ready. Pool is very small and not enough outdoor seating for guest.

The staff was super friendly! The location was great. The shower in the bathroom was amazing! I appreciated the messaging system.

The hallways and elevators were very warm. It almost felt like they had the heat turned on. The air conditioner in the room made an awful noise all night. We had it turned all the way down (66), but it barely got cool. When it cut off, it immediately became very warm in the room. The bed was pretty uncomfortable. The room smelled really weird and musty, but it appeared very clean. The absolute worst part about it was all of the noise. I have never stayed at a hotel that was this noisy. You could hear EVERY door shut, all the toilets up and down the hallway flushing, people talking in the next room and even though we stayed on the 2nd floor, it sounded like the people down at the pool were INSIDE our room yelling and making tons of noise. It was very difficult to sleep. We were hoping the air conditioner would mask some of the noise, but even though we had it set really low, it never stayed on for very long before it would cycle off. I liked that they had a messaging system. I used it to see if we could move to another room, but they were unable to accommodate us. They did, however, offer to go ask the guests at the pool to keep the noise level down. It got quiet about 35-40 minutes later, but I think it's because the pool closed. I then asked for a fan, and they responded that they don't have fans. Due to all the various noises and the inability to regulate the room temperature very well, we didn't get any sleep, and we promptly left around 6 am and drove home. I can not recommend this hotel. Especially at the price point. It seems kinda old, in need of some maintenance and repairs, and is way too noisy. The staff was very nice, though. I didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment on that. I would not stay here again.

Air conditioning… First, it is loud. Second, everything becomes wet when it’s working. There are no options except this weird air conditioning when it’s too hot outside

Room was musty and carpet felt sticky. Switched from 1st room due to musty smell.2nd room wasn’t better ac unit was loud and kept me up all night kicking on/off. No constant fan option. Very out of date and dirty and smelly. Toilet flushed so loud that it sounded like a plane taking off! Could hear others dousing all night (since I was awake because of loud ac coming on/off). Comforter option was heavy. No blanket option. So either hot or cold. And I wonder if they wash them. So disappointed in this hampton inn. I don’t think it’s up to their standards. Oh and fire alarm at 4 pm in a Friday. There was a sign to expect it but seriously prime checkin time on a Friday???

I was not given the room I requested. I was supposed to have a room with a sofa bed. I was given a disabled person type of room. Staff took long to check me in.

It was surrounded by tons of shops and restaurants. It was easy to get to and close to the Space Center.

The elevator was not working properly for most of our three night stay. Once we almost got stuck in it. The hallways were very warm. One hall thermostat even registered 79° F. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were not supportive at all.

The smell was horrible. Not.l enough breakfast served, bed and pillows uncomfortable. TV access turned off. I paid and check out is not till 12 noon but morning of checkout, tv access turned off. One key would not work, fridge did.not get very cold, shower floor.was slippery, very low to sometimes no.water pressure Noisy neighbors upstairs..

Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfy room - the only downside for me was the noisy air conditioning.
