You can tell that they are putting effort into upgrading the place. The staff is kind and friendly (this is in particular to the front desk)

I’ve stayed at this property before because, it’s not far from a family member I understand that they are still working on upgrades . The room itself seem to be fully upgraded Although I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions and the upgrade that would make the most sense is the toilet seats But whoever is in housekeeping is absolutely atrocious , when I checked into my room, you could tell that the toilet was used and filthy, when I pulled the sheets back on the bed, you could clearly see a faded outline of maybe urine . The television supposedly has cable or satellite or whatever but 90% of the channels don’t work or the signal doesn’t work to the point of the TV just shutting off and the few channels that do work aren’t worth watching even local channels glitched for hours and hours. It’s super annoying to be in a hotel room and you can’t even watch television. They put me in the room. I’m assuming near long-term visitors, children in the hallways very loud in the evening for the school bus and a dog in a different room that barked howled or cried the entire 18 hours I was in the facility. . I’m sure that things will get better as time passes but right now it is absolutely not worth the rate . I’m pretty horrified that I paid well over $100 and I had to leave and go to Walmart to buy my own cleaning supplies for the toilet.

The fact that they don't have there business in line with booking.com information was inaccurate description of suite I chose.

This place is horrible and it's sad that they are allowing guest in this hotel...If it wasn't for a family trip I would have fought to get a refund....nothing works inside the units and the staff doesn't have anything to accommodate guests... Housekeepers are rude. The carpet was all stained in the hallways. Bad plumbing system.The elevators keep going out.

The entire stay was horrible. They need to close down and the city of Webster should shut it down.

The location was central to my family events and the area was perfect.

The first sight you see is a “closed for repairs” sign on the door leading to what may have been a breakfast area. There were so many boxes there it must be being used for storage…there are glass doors to see the unsightly items. I was told after I arrived and checked in the pool has been out of service for “a while” . That was frustrating because that was the principal reason for choosing that location, and there was no indication prior to booking the property that the pool was out of service. The room was horrendous. The security lock on the door was completely broken off. The bed skirt was too large for the bed and hanging on the floor and disheveled. The bathroom has mold in the grout and mold on the shower liner and what appeared to be blood stains on the shower curtain. The tub was filthy. I ended up having to clean it myself. The surface was worn and discolored from age time and use. The kitchen area was rusted and had peeling surfaces. There was chipped and broken paint on the walls in the room. I could go on, but just remembering the experience is highly upsetting to me

It was no breakfast she never told us about breakfast. They sorry as hell I’m very upset.

First of all the staff member was unprofessional and she lied about me paying for the weekend stay which was booked and paid for. She tried to make several attempt to take the money off my card when it was already paid. She never attempt to get my confirmation number when I came to check in I didn’t stay to 11:00 am I left early cause she kept harassing me for my payment I left cause I showed her my confirmation and it was paid so that payment was between her and booking.com .they need to find someone else to take her spot cause she is unprofessional and rude. I will never stay there again . And to add the microwave doesn’t work properly the plugs barely work. The stove burners was rusted who would wanna use that. Never mention a pool no access to the workout room .

We didn’t like the property. We originally booked because of the convenience of the location.

When we showed up to check out, I entered the lobby which had a lot of bugs in the floor and flying through the air. After waiting a few moments for the staff member, a person came in and began to act erratically. He started yelling at me. He then followed me out to my vehicle and continued to harass me. He said he worked there, but it was unclear if that was true. We got a very weird feeling being there, so we called to cancel, and the property refused. We were told we would receive a call back from the property manager which we never did. Booking.com instructed me to contact the property. I did not receive a refund of any kind.

The entire place is very run down and 2/3 floors are under construction. Countertops and cabinets were literally falling apart, lighting was an issue (bad electric for sure).

We showed up our room was not there. They said they were overbooked. Shouldn’t have been our fault. They tried giving us a smaller room with the smaller bed. The room was filthy and had blood stains on the wall. The sheets were dirty. The floor was dirty. We left.
