Comfort Suites near NASA - Clear Lake

Check in and they gave us a smaller room then what I booked and paid for because they over booked then gave us a rollaway bed with pee stains on it then charged me twice!!

The morning staff do not know about hotel functionality either solve issues nor give any details or answers. Their elevator didn’t work so we had to walk up to the third floor with our luggage 🧳.

Didn’t eat breakfast.

There was an unpleasant odor in the room.

ac wasn’t working in the lobby or common areas and the ac in the room was more of an fan not an ac. The mattress in the room felt like a cot laying on top of bricks. The elevator wasn’t working, front desk worker said it had been out for almost a year. The clerk didn’t seem to be very happy with his job and was rude. the next morning there was a new desk clerk who also didn’t seem very happy but also looked like he had been up on a 3 day drug binge… he had sores all over his face and was moving 100mph. Hotel advertises breakfast but they didn’t have anything, not even grab and go items. The cleaning crew almost hit me and my family with sheets/blankets as she was throwing them over the railing down to the lobby so she didn’t have to tote them down. I have traveled to different places for work several times and staying at this hotel chain has always been my go to, however this experience was horrible! I do not and will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

location is great but the elevator was not working and front desk staff were not very friendly. It look like if they were having a bad day.

staff were very welcoming , friendly and helpful. room was clean and breakfast was ok.

1. temperature in room was hot even though it was on the coolest setting 2. the smell around the hotel was bad and gave headaches. 3. the hotel was hot 4. pool gave headaches to all family because of the clorox smell being too strong

staff was great! rooms were clean. Great location. near lots of stores and nasa.

the hallways were so hot. the elevators were out of service., we were given third floor room. that’s ok, we needed the walk. the vending machine was out of order but they sell snacks and drinks at the front desk and the closest Ice machine was not working.

Didn’t like the fact that they advertise Jacuzzi and it wasn’t working and pet friendly and they did have a room for pets but they refused to give it to me I had to call customer service in order for them to make the modifications

Have stayed here a few times. The manager Alicia is always so personable and helpful. Rooms are nice sizes. Overall atmosphere is tranquil and calm.
