Looks like an economy motel on the inside.

Filthy dirty carpets all around. In the lobby, in the eating place, and even the front door. They were not just dirty. They were stained. The hotel staff were considerate, helpful, and friendly. However, they were far from being dressed appropriately to greet people checking in. This hotel cost a lot of money for a three night stay. It bears the name of ”Hilton” and while I am aware that Hilton is not all about 5-star luxury anymore, this hotel surprised the daylight out of me. We would have declined to stay if there had not been a conference in the city, which took up all of the rooms in other hotels.

It served its purpose for the means of my urgent short term trip.

The property was nice and clean, and the location was wonderful.

Reminder, attention to details and comfort or left out. For example, my room was out of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also, they didn’t offer a hairdryer in the room. It was difficult to adjust the temperature in the room as well.

Clean, convenient and comfortable!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had stayed there several nights before this stay, and had left our personal pillow. The staff was kind enough to hold it for us until we came back through on our trip. We ended up staying there as we traveled back to our home.

The doors are REALLY heavy and can be loud when closing them.

When I travel I always look to stay with Home to Suites. Over all rating would be a 9 out of 10.

It looked like the floors in my room were not clean from the prior guest. There were hairs on the bathroom floor. And the counter were not wiped down.

My last day alot of the warm foor on the breakfast bar was under cooked or not even warm.

Overall, everything was great except the mattress. But, I will certainly stay again.

I liked the location of the hotel, the size of my room and the kitchenette for convenience. Breakfast was very good and had a good variety of food to choose. I will certainly stay again.

The king size mattress really needed to be replaced. It sunk on one side and made it very uncomfortable to sleep with my back issues so I had to sleep across the bed. Since it was just me, that was doable, but had it been two people, someone would have gotten the short end of the stick for sure.

The location was amazing. The hotel itself was clean. Staff were always kind.

Our room was nice and clean. But just small details that need attention. The silverware holder in the drawer was dirty. The bathroom door didn't close all the way, the night light on the light switch was out, and around the door by the shower needs some attention. It needs to cleaned and painted. The sofa had a small stain and was completely uncomfortable. It is hard and not easy to just sit on. And window view could use some type of beautician. Not pleasing to look out at all. And the elevator was always wet from people coming out of pool. I slipped once, I didn't fall, but easily could have. The breakfast was ok. Everything on the cheaper premade by side, but eatable.

Card charged twice

The suite is great with all the facilities. Clean and comfortable.

The charging process needs to be reviewed. I booked one suite for two nights and my card was charged for two rooms. It took several emails and messages over many days before the money was refunded. on- duty staff was not willing to do anything about it, I was referred back to Booking.com to send my complaint to., not helpful. Very stressful process. The accommodation itself is excellent though.

Breakfast was good, location was good, the room was clean. I would have liked a tub instead of shower only especially since there was no hot tub on site. The common room was dirty kinda gross. The staff was very friendly.

Very nice and relaxing, with a central location to the areas I wanted to explore.

Nice clean facility with great amenities in the room and in the facility.

Things you cannot control like noisy kids running around, it was minor nothing to worry about.

Clarence is awesome. There were issues with our reservation, and he took care of it immediately. Our kids loved swimming in the pool! Breakfast was available during hours that worked for us!

Most other front desk staff we're not friendly. We asked for wash cloths at the desk, she said housekeeping would bring them up, and we never received them. We asked for shampoo for our room, and never received that either.
