A little disappointing initially but then got better with time

In a great location close to the highway and shopping

On initial check in our room was not clean and we did have to change rooms. The room they offered was an upgrade but didn’t have enough beds and the pull out couch was not comfortable so we all shared the one bed (2 adults and a child)

Room was nice, temperature stayed comfortable

Shower wasn’t as clean as it could have been which prevented us from using it. This hotel has no security, no outside cameras to monitor property security or guest property outside. Other guest cars have been broken into and my car which was visible from front desk and less than 90 feet from counter was vandalized and supposedly noone saw or heard it happen. Over $4000 damage to vehicle.

I loved the kitchen setup and the beautiful bathroom. The beds were very comfortable as well but the pillows could be a bit firmer and fluffier but other than that it was perfect.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. Could have been a bit warmer, but not bad. The room size was nice and having a king bed was awesome.

The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. We didn't report this but it seems as if the cleaning team would be aware as it holds water when it is cleaned. Also the shower water took forever to get hot.

The staff was wonderful and so helpful. We had to make a slight change in our reservation and they were able to accommodate us.

Beware of Dogs

Location & convenience. Although it took 15 minutes standing at the front desk to do so, they did accommodate my desire to move rooms and upgraded me for free in the process. That was nice, but still an unnecessary hassle.

I failed to read the fine print when I booked at the last minute. I never stay at hotels that allow pets due to noise and allergies. Anyway, this hotel not only allows them, but had a "long term" guest staying there (from the staff's own description) that had a loud, large dog across the hall from my original room. That's a firm NO.

We had a quiet night in a very clean room with a comfortable bed and a nice selection at breakfast. The king studio had a nice sofa and a kitchen area with an island/ bar. The desk clerk was very friendly.

Perfect for us!

This is a new hotel. Loved that it had a king bed and bathroom on one side of the room and a sitting area with a sofa, kitchen, stove top, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and table area for sitting and eating. The tv was huge! It swiveled so you could watch from the sofa or turn it and watch it while in bed. Breakfast was great! Bacon, eggs, toast, you could have an omelet made. There was a bar in the hotel on the first floor and you could also order food- hamburger, pizza, etc.

Loved my stay

Very nice room for the price, the mattress was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The breakfast that is included was very good. I couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely stay here again.

My only complaint would be the door to the bathroom. It kept coming off track and was heavy.

Great place to stay. Nice area of town.

Nice, large comfortable room. There's a sitting area with a TV and when you're ready to get some sleep, the TV pivots and you can watch from the comfort of your bed! The kitchenette is nicely equipped, too. Coffee maker in the room. Great breakfast options. We won't stay anywhere else when we go to Louisville. The beds are comfortable, and there's plenty of pillows.

There's really nothing that we didn't like. I have absolutely no complaints about this property. None.
