Terrible. This shouldn't legally be considered a hotel. Criminal charging people for this experience

. 1) when I arrived to the property there was no one there to check me in when I arrived around 4pm. I had to call and have someone come down 2) there was no fire alarm in my room. It was ripped out of the wall with exposed wires. 3) there was dried up silly string all over the headboard so the room had obviously not been cleaned. 4) there was no hot water at the property. So I couldn't take a bath or shower for the two days I stayed there 5)the bed was broken down and had a huge dent into it that hurt my back Anytime I tried to go talk to the front desk staff there was no one at the desk. I know it was a cheap hotel but still. I deserved better than this for my money. I'm pretty sure not having hot water is Illegal in Kentucky. Please keep your money and book somewhere else. The walls were paper thin and I could hear everything the room next to us was up to.

Not what I paid for, lost money. Did not get the room I paid extra for.

It was a roof over my head and place to stay before I had a procedure done on my back the next day.

I did not get the room I booked and paid for online. Would not refund my money, owner complained about booking.com not charging enough taxes. Could not understand front desk clerk. Elevator had a notice of shut down due to numerous violations but told us to use it to get to 3rd floor, curtains in room stained with mold, TV would not work. Heat quit. Would not switch me to a standard room and do any kind of refund. Booked a room with hot tub to relax before a back procedure I was having done the next day. Clerk handed me the key card and said hope you didn't book the hot tub room. It's booked. I said yes I was the one who booked it. He continued to tell me that there was nothing they could do room was being "used". The extra money I had paid for the tub was just lost wasted on nothing.

False booking info about the room and the size. Smells very bad and dirty room / bathroom. Staff not helpful at all. Manager hiding so he doesn't resolve anything. We left after 5 minutes. Very disappointing.

I was warm and it was clean, so it was passable

The staff was friendly, the room was clean. My stuff was safe and so was my car.

The hallway smelled like weed. I was there 4 days and they didn't straighten up the room or even come by once while I was out to clean anything. The breakfast was bare minimum, like 3 muffins and a cereal dispenser. The elevator was scary and sounds like its going to break.

everyday we went out back access door was a man with same clothes on for 5 days smoking and leaving butts on the path everywhere having to cover our mouths walking through it and sidestepping the butts......was disgusting!!! seemed like he lived in the room and was out there smoking at the exit door every 10 minutes!!! man was rude at check in, renovating in progress, smashed windows in some rooms, dirty area with rubbish on grounds, very disgusting hotel, lucky it was cheap, was breakfast but after getting it one morning wasnt worth going back, we got breakfast elsewhere

It was just ok, we will carefully observe before we go to another Baymont.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was good and give us service everyday. Checkout was easy and convenient.

There was NO COFFEE, NO Extended breakfast like the sign and Booking.com had stated. The pictures are deceiving as the room is very small and the location was not convenient to everything as we were expecting. Having 3-4 cop cars show up and arresting someone was not a good sign this was a good place to be.

Staff is very rude disrespectful they over charged my card $74 and made up some tax bs stood in front of the door watched me struggle opening the door and ignored to offer to help the men in this hotel r rude disrespectful talk to u crazy don’t help at all the hall way was dirty for the entire 2 weeks we were there the older gentlemen shut breakfast down 30 mins early just bc he was too lazy to put it out the pool has been broke done for the last yr but they still advertise they have a pool and they don’t it’s under renovation very disappointing hotel dirty bed bugs and rude staff

A very bad place to stay looks like the ghetto

There's nothing good to say about your property or anything your location everything about your hotel was poor there was blood on the sheets when I got there you took my deposit wouldn't even get my deposit back there's nothing nice to say about this place if I could do anything about it I would have it shut down

A/C was cold after a long day of walking the course at the ISCO Championship.

Cigarette burns on the sheets. Lack of towels. No TV (thank you for YouTube TV and HDMI cables). People partying outside our door all night. Smell.

It wasn't very expensive for a bed, tv, shower, and breakfast.

Eventually, the water was warm enough for a shower with the control all the way to hot.

Not a place to hang a clothes hanger. The water in the shower took a long time to get to skin temperature with it turned to as hot as it would go. The only low carb thing on the breakfast was sausage links. There was an odor in the room like someone had their dog there for a long time.

Worst Baymont I ever stayed in! Do not recommend.

No towels in the roo. Clothes Rack missing from the wall, either it fell off or was removed. Late check in and haad to keep buzzing for desk clerk to arrive, told him no towels in the room, no apology. I was given another room where the clothes rack was missing, bathtub dirty. Next morning some woman bangs on the door waking me to ask if I'm checking out, it was just before 10am but checkout was 11. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone
