No housekeeping done in 3 days and shower didn’t stay at its place, it kept moving. It wasn’t resolved even after notifying.

Overall, the property close to the interstate.

The pullout sofa bed was hard to open, and when it did open, several screws fell out. The toilet handle had to be held down in order to completely flush for several seconds. Originally, when I booked, there were no charges and due to them selling out prior to my arrival, they charged me for a night. Stay without calling to ask my permission. This was after I had already verified my check in in the room that I would have a few days prior. I called ahead to finish paying the rest of my room to make sure that it didn’t get canceled as many others had for different services. I then proceeded to receive an additional transaction which was described to me as an incidental charge that would be returned upon my checkout and still has yet to be returned. If you’re going to stay here, make sure that you have additional fun that you will not need just in case they find a reason for other erroneous issues.

Overall, for the price, it was worth it. We would not stay here again though with young children.

The location was extremely afforable. You certainly get what you pay for.

The hotel and rooms smelled very musty. The rooms were very outdated, and worn. The bathroom was not clean, which was a disappointment.

But our room, the proximity of all the local stores, restaurants (within walking distance if you choose to do so) and highway was a major plus. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful. I’m almost certain we will only stay at the Courtyard for all future visits.

Disappointing, previous stays at Marriots have been much better.

See the comment regarding breakfast below. The location was acceptable and access from Interstate was easy.

decor is dated and the hotel would benefit from refurbishment. I was charged $38.00 for 2 glasses of white wine with the evening meal. Crazy prices. The booking included breakfast but this was rejected by the staff and front desk had to correct the situation.
