They had bugs coming out of the sink . The blow dryer was broke. W one prong , the iron didn’t work and then they never changed the trash , never came to clean . The door got jammed form the outside coming in . It was a mess ! I would never recommend this to no one !

The hotel was fairly clean. The bedding comforter was stained. Rehab items not done well, not quality standards. Just halfway…. I would stay again. Didn’t charge 75 dollars for a well behaved dog. Best plus about the place.

There was hair from the last occupant in the bath tub - not cleaned. There were crackers and an empty water bottle on the carpet - not vacumed. It appears as if they changed the bed and bath linens only.

I wanted a bagel and was so hard it wouldn’t open on the split was soooo hard the toast also‼️.. i didn’t even bother to check for the muffins I think guest only consumed cereal and waffles‼️.. but my room itself was immaculately cleaned I normally reclean i got no dirty not even from the remote thanks that I do appreciate from the outside I couldn’t tell it was so clean pulling into motel‼️💯💯💯

First I literally had to argue with the clerk over my service dog, who is in the federal registry...he is not a pet or esa...yet he was certain he was goin to charge me. THEN he gave me keys to an already occupied room. Then he put me way up on the 3rd floor which is fine as my service dog is well house broken and would never make a mess

Trash on the floor of our room upon check in. Some old cream in the fridge on the shelves. The whole place seems like they got about 50% through a renovation and then stopped. I wasn't looking for much, especially for the good price, but when there's trash on the floor and grime in every corner of the room, no can do.

This was a solo stay for me. Went to Louder than Life festival in Louisville, Ky. Loved it had a great time. And this hotel was quite simple but very perfect and perfectly set up for my stay! And its management was very accommodating!

When I booked this hotel in February 2024 for my stay in September 2024, I called and inquired about the status of their "remodel". I was told everything, including the pool would be finished. The hotel was not remodeled, the rooms look nothing like the photos. The floor in our room was so dirty and sticky we had to have shoes on at all times. No ice makers worked, one was partially disassembled. The only vending machines by the lobby were empty or had expired product in them. The "breakfast area" was filled with boxes that were dusty and had obviously been there a long time. The lobby was bare and unwelcoming. The water completely stopped working while I was in the shower the first morning there. When I called the desk employees claimed it was a main water line shut down and had no ETA on when it would be back. Yet no notice was given and the water was back on later that morning. There was what looked to be people living in their cars in the parking lot. The outer doors were propped open even after dark. Leaving the building unsecured. The condition and experience here is what I would expect of a facility charging half of what I paid. I'm extremely disappointed in my stay, the facility for misleading visitors, and Expedia for having them listed through their website.

Wonderful experience, have been here 2 years in a row for louder than life festival. It is close to many places ( food , bars , the festival grounds) my lone complaint would be the pool was not in service. Still planning to return next year.

Wires were exposed everywhere. The rooms were not clean. Air conditioning not on so room was Hot when entering so was hallways. They said once you got there they didn’t have housekeeping. Pool looked like in was under construction for the last year. The beds we’re comfortable

NO BUGS. Which is a super important feature of low cost motel rooms. Property was clean and tidy. Things you should know: NO MAID SERVICE.Just ask for tp, towels or coffee NO BREAKFAST. Plenty of places walkable, tho Room was clean and quiet, except one night, and the desk help did ask them to turn it down. Phone in room was broken, had to walk down to complain. Twice. Over all, a positive experience. Staff was friendly, helpful, and competent. I will be returning here in the future if I have need of a place to stay in Louisville

The Hotel was in renovation, without my knowing and WiFi was open sourced, making it unsecured. The shower knob was missing so had to take a bath or body wash instead!! Ice machines were inoperable, had to go downstairs to get management to fill the bucket. Only good was the Bed being very comfortable and room was satisfactory.

While the rooms were mostly clean, and the bed was comfortable, the hotel was undergoing a construction project. The breakfast room was closed, the ice machine did not work and there was at no time during my 3 nights there anyone at the desk. There was a phone number posted to call to check in or with any questions. Did not feel the safest in the area with the main door unlocked but no one in the lobby area, it took 5 to 10 minutes after calling for someone to come down to check me in.

The customer service is horrible. The wiring is hanging out in view. The lights don't work in the room. The tub gets stopped up and it is hard to go out. The front desk help is horrible. I would not advise anyone to stay here. The microwave didn't work and didn't have a cord. The price was ridiculous. I have stayed at Econo Lodge in other states and the service was excellent.
