I booked two rooms at the same time. Common sense would tell you we would want these rooms next to each other or at least on the same floor. Clearly there is no common sense even though I’ve booked two months in advance our party was separated on two different floors, not happy at all about this when you have rooms under the same name You would expect those rooms to at least be on the same floor made this very frustrating booked from other hotels multiple times and they always at least put you on the same floor if not next to each other very disappointed and how they handled this.

Best hotel that we stayed in during our vacation!

Beds are the most comfortable beds we stayed in this week. Actually has a hot tub. The free food in the evening is fabulous as is the breakfast. I wish I had been staying in Drury Inns more often!

Breakfast and dinner were very good.

Friday and saturday had a lot of children poolside and were very loud. Part of my family was on 1st floor right next to the pool our room was on 2nd floor with kids after 9pm running thru the halls and yelling...slamming doors. So our first night Thursday was nice and quiet. Probably wont stay on a weekend again but will stay during the week.

Why was the pool open up to outsiders

Property was fine but it was noisey. I can hear people... Plus I saw people coming off the streets to go swimming? I couldn't swim because no room for me… food was good, bacon over cooked.

I wished people off the street would just done in n swim? I felt like I paid to enjoy my stay n not worry about who they were.

Bad timing with too many young kids (baseball teams) maybe. Staff knew this in advance and should plan on putting kids on one floor. Very loud and disturbing-several kept knocking on our door in middle of night

Great hotel, if they fix the hot tub, it would be a perfect hotel!

The suite we stayed in was HUGE! It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly while checking in.

The hot tub was not hot at all, it was more like lukewarm bath water, which was unfortunate, since my husband and I picked this hotel specifically to relax in the hot tub.

The two staff memebers from the kitchen area and front desk were very assertive to our concerns. They apologized that we did not get any rest due to all the late loud noise and took my husbands email and said they would sent us a complimentary stay for next time. I should have took a pucture of the pool area. So many people from this so called birthday party we literslly had to step over kids and towela. It was horrible and pool was dirty

Pool overcrowded by people that were not staying there. You need cameras and security especially on weekends. It was horrible. Someone had a birthday party for a child and about 50 outsiders showed up. Packing alcohoic drinks and handing them over the fence to people in the pool area. Very loud taling outside at midnight by 3-4 black men. I called the desk and the person on night duty went and told them to leave and they did. You need a limit in pool ans hot tub area. It was far exceeded and murky/dirty. The food was ok, but I was very upset as we got no sleep. Also teenagers running up and down the halls late at night. I addressed this with one f them as I told them this is disrespectful.

We had stayed in the Drury Inn in Huntsville the night before so we booked this one. Big Difference! Not in a good way.

The breakfast area is way too small for the number of people. The bathroom in our room was not great. Very small vanity, no fan, light switch was not inside the bathroom.

Incredible 4 days 3 nights!

I really liked this location, the hotel itself, the staff...it was just a great experience. There were some reviews that made me kind of iffy, but I have learned in life there are somethings you have to see for yourself!! My room wasn't the biggest, but it was clean and it smelled fresh. There was one time where I thought the tub was stopped up because my water wouldn't drain. I called front desk and they told me to turn the nob to the left and it would drain...WALAH, it worked! I honestly enjoyed my stay and my child did as well! The kitchen staff, front desk staff, and house keeping staff were all very nice people! If I go back to that part of Kentucky, I would definitely stay there again!! Thanks for your hospitality!
