Nice little stay, do recommend
Location & privacy were good. Rooms were clean & decent size. Kitchenette available Outside area was nice Thought it was little more on expensive side & they had a parking fee & upfront charge that i didn't expect. (Not their fault,i may have over looked b4 booking Breakfast was avg. & had a little of a walk including going upstairs to get to. My MIL has bad hips & was not easy for her. Small basketball court, pool, & nice sitting area with fire. Was definitely a nice touch.
The unexpected fees I booked a smoking room. Which in fact they didn't even offer. No biggie had a nice open outside area. Walk to breakfast

It worked for what we needed, but until you get the ā€œunhousedā€ situation fixed, we wonā€™t be back.
Location
The fact there were nasty giant dogs and ā€œhomelessā€ people staying right next door smoking weed and cigarettes.
