Location of hotel is good. Staff is very helpful. We appreciate the complimentary coffee in the morning from cafe and airport shuttle service. We have to ask for a fridge to be delivered to the room even though it was stated that there should be one in the room. We think that The Brown , though comfortable, can do with some upgrade to its rooms.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Historic hotel with charm. The staff are very friendly and nice. This place is walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Please make sure you don’t leave without having The Brown dish! Hands down the most delicious meal.

I splurged on her room here because it was a special trip for my daughter‘s birthday. I asked for one thing and that was a view. All we got was a view of a brick wall. The room wasn’t very clean. It looked like it wasn’t vacuumed well and there was hairs in the bathroom floor and the toilet took 2 to 3 times to flush every time. Very disappointing. Plus, there was only one robe in the room. It just didn’t turn out like I was hoping it would. Definitely not worth the money.
