The staff here are INCREDIBLE!! Hannah and Ahmaree made my trip absolutely wonderful- from the moment I arrived at the Embassy Suites. They were kind and helpful and totally awesome... the room was great, location great- the staff here, among the best in the whole wide world!

The stay was great except for the hallway on the 4th floor smelled like baby poop. We could not smell the odor in our room. The hotel staff did address our concern and the smell was lessened.

Parking was $45 per night valet, I chose to park in public garage behind the hotel at $15 per night. The front door area can be vehicle chaos. The evening manager's reception is ridiculous--one staffer meant long lines to get cheap sutter home wine and small bud lite drafts or pay more for anything better. We complained to "management" but the situation didn't improve over three nights.

The outlet for the coffee maker didn’t work, so I had to move it to a different area for it to work. Also, this is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed out that didn’t offer sugar or creamer in the room with the coffee. The television in the bedroom didn’t work when we first got there, but maintenance got there quickly to unplug and reset it. The hotel itself was clean and large, almost needed a map to navigate everything. Breakfast in the mornings offered cook to order omelets, as well as a wide range of other things. They only offer valet for $50 a day, and sometimes you have to drive around the block several times to wait for a spot to open up. When I tried to use the gym, it was being cleaned. Early morning which seemed like an unusual time to prevent people from exercising. Unfortunate because I would have like to utilize some of the equipment. Nothing exception really stood out about this hotel, except the breakfast.

The room was spacious and looked to be recently renovated. The bed was not very comfortable. The price of overnight parking was on par with Washington DC and seemed improperly scaled for the midwest. Be aware of one way streets in Louisville--I found it extremely difficult to get around with Apple Maps.

The overall stay was great, location is excellent! The only fault I had was that the hotel and the booking agents have zero communication with each other. I had booked an extra night to my stay with a Hilton agent who told me they would add a note to my current booking for the hotel staff. That never happened and I ended up getting charged for two separate bookings and it became a bit a thing. It was resolved but was a bit of an inconvenience to say the least. Otherwise, the stay was great.

They were helpful and kind. We were a planned check in but our flight was delayed and we checked in even later and they were so kind. We had originally booked a King Suite and our daughter was going to sleep on the couch but there were 2 queen beds so it was a blessing in disguise as the couch wasn't meant for sleeping! The amenities were clean and we wished we had time to try them (pool and gym). The location was perfect for getting rides and getting dropped off. There is also a CVS attached for any last minute needs.

The room was clean. It was very dim lit and no option to turn the lights up. The staff weren’t very helpful. Directions to the nearest elevator or better interior wayfinding signs would have been helpful. The interior of the hotel is a maze. We needed a map and the emergency exit plan wasn’t clear. The valet service was prompt and polite.

Came down for my wife’s Birthday. The hotel person I was talking to through text & in person basically didn’t do anything to accommodate my wants at this hotel. Even though he asked me to give him my email and phone number he still didn’t accommodate anything. I wanted to order room service for my wife birthday & he completely annoyed my request. Very disappointing in that aspect. Hotel is in a good location from 4th street live but forth street live was really lively when we were there. It seems like the areas around outside of 4th street live was more lively with entertainment then 4th street live street. So if you are looking to have fun in that aspect I would not book on 4th street live but if you are looking for a hotel that is quiet and peaceful then 4th street live hotels is good for that now sense it’s not as lively as it used to be.

The hotel was gorgeous and clean, offered complimentary cocktails and an extravagant breakfast and the staff went above and beyond to be friendly, personable and helpful. Only area I wasn’t a fan of was the indoor pool, which was unimaginative and loud (fans and pipe noises). I didn’t spend much time there anyway, but props for it being open until 11 p.m.!
