Very sketchy for the part of town it’s in. Heat didn’t work in the room told to wait and if it doesn’t turn on call back. Do WHAT!! I’m freezing sir! So I bundled up in extra layers and went to bed.

Refrigerator didn't work put my things in the cooler went to get ice all 3 of the ice machines out of order. Told them Refrigerator didn't work they wouldn't do anything about it. It will be my last stay at this locations

The location is nice
We only got one towel in our double bed room and one wash cloth with a reservation for 3. There was no toilet paper in our room and when going to ask could not find a worker to give us some more. The heater is blowing out cold air. The remote was missing for the TV and I called for one and never brought one. I finally moved the bed and found the remote along with a used condom and a pair of soxs. Finally I went to extend my stay at the office and my reservation I did through their call center gave me a price and confirmation but when I went in to confirm and pay I was told they were wrong and I was charged 20 more dollars. I then asked if I could go into the cheaper room and was told they do not have maid service on weekends so they could not do that. I then stated that there is only 4 total guest on property and if a new customer came in could they not book the cheaper room and he said that they would not give us a cheaper room or let us move. I then stated my confirmation given by redwood gave me a price and a confirmation number so I wanted that price and finally told no and I either pay 80 dollars or leave. I then asked for maid service which never came. Oh and not a single Ice machine works all 8 are broken.

Tub drains slow, stains on bedding, overall not very clean.Room was never cleaned, twice they took our towels and didn’t replace them.

Good location, right next to the highway/food. The price isn’t bad
Our sheets had cigarette holes in them, and a blood stain. Our toilet was making constant noise because the back was always trying to fill up with water. The shower had rust and mold growing, so they patched it up with wallpaper.

For over $200.00 for one night. There was only 1 coffee packet. The staff provided more. No remote for the TV, staff tried to resolve, but couldn't, was extremely difficult to use with out it. A huge rust stain in the tub hidden under the mat. Only 2 very thin towels were provided.

Nothing I liked about this place .... it smelled the air didn't work and wouldn't give me a new room the sheets had a big stain on them, only some lights worked didn't have washcloths and wouldn't give us any.i had to clean the room and the floor just to bring my family in there even the bathtub was dirty. The staff was rude and acts like they are better then you the manager was the worst one... and she was even telling guys they could pay her and she would come down to there rooms..... booking should not tell anyone that is one of there hotels .. .

We arrived at our room and 15 minutes later we had to leave it because there was black mold in the air conditioner. It cause my wife to have an asthma attack and severely hindered her breathing. We almost had to go to the hospital. I spoke to the front desk and they refused to put us in another room or refund our money. We had to sleep in our truck over night and then left Louisville the next day when we woke up. I spoke to an agent of booking that night who promised me I would be getting a refund because she had spoken to bookings contact with red roof while I was on hold. I was told that red roof would refund to bookings virtual credit card and then I would received the refund. That never happened so not only did we have to sleep in our truck and leave the next day instead of completing our trip, I was lied to and I’m out of $400 dollars for a 15 minute hotel stay that nearly had my wife in the emergency room.

Letting you know that you had to pay a 50 dollar deposit, at check-in when you book room, on line, because you might not have the cash on you, you, had to have50 dollars, I tried to give them 60 dollars, they wouldn't take it had to be 50 dollars after digging around I finally found 50 dollars, other than that everything else was good isn't

It was not even my car. We had to reverse to get out due to being blocked.

The big bed
TV didn't work right. No channels worked. Toilet was backed up. Then i lost my wallet after checking in and tried staying another night but they wouldn't let me because I couldn't show an ID after I checked in originally with my ID just the night before. So basically put us out with nowhere to go since I had no wallet with an ID.
