Shower was cold, didnt get warmer than luke warm. Shampoo and conditioner smelled like pee, blankets were extremely thin

Staff was lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. I slept so very well during our stay. I will stay again in the future and recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The location is perfect for a Louisville stay.

When we arrived and went to our assigned room, there was such a strong smell of air freshener when we opened the door that it almost knocked us out. We asked for a new room and got one promptly – it had no smell. However, the pillow-top mattress was so soft that sleeping was uncomfortable, the bathroom sink did not drain properly, and the bath gel container in the shower was completely empty. We stayed in this hotel last January and had an excellent experience so we really looked forward to staying there again. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed this time around.

All good. Rooms are well designed, good amount of space, great bedding & towels, best shower in the business, very good breakfast, large windows, etc. However, I will say that it has a small patio area, which is not smoke free.

Room clean, spacious and bed was amazing! Everyone on staff very kind. Pool was warm and relaxing. Breakfast was good but no omlette bar as stated. If they had it not advertised but did do fresh pancakes! Would stay here again and location was great!!

Checking in was a problem. I had it booked using Expedia. Took close to half an hour.

I noticed the dirt/crumbs on the floor against the baseboard behind the sliding bathroom door.

Hotel was nice, breakfast was top notch for a hotel

The staff at the front desk was very nice the Cleanliness was below 0 and when whom ever came to clean the room to remove dirty blankets that had blood snot and what ever else that was all over the bed they didn’t even bother to leave a clean towel or take the dirty ones.

My husband and I stayed at your hotel for our anniversary, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing due to ongoing air conditioning issues. When we arrived, our room temperature was 79°F. We set the thermostat to 68°F and waited about 30 minutes, but the temperature did not change. We then lowered it to 65°F, but although the thermostat displayed 65°F, the room remained uncomfortably warm. We contacted the front desk and were told that the unit was an “eco AC” system that required time and movement to cool. We understand that, but if the thermostat is incorrectly reading the room temperature, it cannot properly regulate the air. The only solution offered at the time was a fan. After another hour and a half without improvement, I still couldn’t sleep especially uncomfortable since I’m wearing a medical boot. We left the room for a while to cool off and returned just before 1:00 a.m, but it was still hot. I called the front desk again and requested a new room, because I can’t sleep. The new room was somewhat better it was warm (75 degrees) but the temperature began to drop within 15 mins. This experience was extremely disappointing, particularly on what was meant to be a special occasion for us. We pick this hotel for the reviews and not the price. I would have rather stayed in a cheaper hotel where the A/C worked or the front desk move use immediately rather having to sit for hour before moving.

Convenient to shopping and dining. Safe and clean hotel. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property, awesome room, great staff

The staff was helpful and courteous! Breakfast was amazing and plenty of choices to choose from. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Didn’t check in, informed at the desk that there would be an additional $100 pet fee Hotels. Com said all fees were included. The Hotel refused to refund and hotels said nothing they could do.
