Would only stay again in a pinch.

The check in was easy and the staff was friendly.

The shower was not good. The hot water ran out after a couple of minutes. 4 pillows did not equal 1 quality pillow. Stained carpets. The bathroom was so small that the door hit the toilet every time. It was at capacity so it was very noisy. The sheets had a couple of small stains so I slept on a couple of towels.

Very clean!!! Spacious. The bed was super comfortable. My wife has arthritis in her hips, and even she said it was really comfortable. It was quiet (Saturday night). Nice little shop with food and drinks in the lobby. Will definitely stay here again.

The property looks VERY TIRED. Everything looks old, outdated and just really tired. However, it was clean seeming, even though the carpet was gross and the shower curtain had stains. The sheets felt and looked clean which is the most important thing.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was very nice and made check in and out easy. Gave me a room on the 1st floor near the door because I had my dog and it was perfect. This hotel was a little over $100 for the stay and was a great value. We brought our dog and that was $100 more so having the room price fairly low was great. It was near so many restaurants and in a nice area. Breakfast was excellent! Really enjoyed my stay!

Horrible layout in the bathroom. My wife is a petite lady and barely had room to maneuver that’s how incredibly small the room was. Absolutely no reason to charge for parking. No microwave in room. First time to stay at a Hyatt Place and it disappointed

Booking.com indicates a per fee “may” apply with no redirection on the website to determine in what circumstances or how much if any the fee is going to be. Turns out I’m charged an outrageous $75 to have our pet in the room. The hotel also apparently confirmed I could have a ground floor room near an Exit. However I was told this is also not true and we were required to be up the elevator. Our dog is afraid of elevators. A very negative experience. Staff were not helpful and simply told us to blame Booking.com
