I walk with a cane. Asked room to be near elevator. My room was the farthest from elevator. Could not make walk to breakfast and then to leave.

Room and hotel met all our expectations. We were very pleased. and the staff was courteous!

The layout of the room. We needed a room that was handicap accessible. and roomy enough for us to move around. Our room met those expectations. It was clean and everything worked.

Complimentary dinner snacks and breakfast was not the best, but oh well, it was included.

Wonderful Stay Filled with Comfort

The suite was spacious and very comfortable! The beds were plush and cozy. The amenities are plentiful. My kids liked the suite store. We wish we could have stayed longer! Much of the staff was very friendly!

There was one staff member when we checked in. He did not make us feel welcome. However, the rest of the staff was very kind and absolutely wonderful.

Out of all 4 suites, my family had the best stay with the friendliest staff, while some of our other family members book

Most of the staff was over the top nice and kept in touch through our whole stay, Cameron even went out of his way to help us find a place to swim close by because the pool was down.

We loved our whole stay, except for the pool situation which was caused by inclement weather. No fault of the hotel or staff.

Great but disappointing.

It was clean and quiet. The facilities were modern and nice looking. The environment was safe. The staff were nice, and there was a free breakfast.

The hotel advertises an indoor pool. When we arrived, we were told there was no indoor pool. We booked there specifically to go swimming. You can imagine the disappointment when my granddaughter and her friends couldn't go swimming. It was her birthday, so that's why we booked the stay. The manager did little to make us feel better about it; he only said it must be a misprint.

The breakfast was good.

Didn’t feel very clean. Like the toilet paper roll when we came in was used. The lady at the front desk wasn’t very welcoming and smelled smoke. The elevator to the right would at times get stuck and not close its doors. That just scary.

Large Suites, but wouldn’t return.

It was in a good location for us. we enjoyed the two bedroom option for our family.

The rooms have poor HVAC. We had to have an employee come to check ours when the room would not cool down. They employee was able to get it to work for us but we were advised that if it didn’t work she could only bring us a box fan. There were no other options offered. We knew other guests staying at the property and they had the same issue. The employee could not fix their room and they were only offered a box fan. In our room the carpets were stained and one of the bedspreads was visibly stained.
