No smoking area as detailed in the description. I booked handicap accessible, when I checked in they put me on second floor and told me there was an elevator. If there was an emergency and elevator couldn’t be accessed, I couldn’t get down the stairs!

Got there after 4 and the office was locked. Kept waiting so we could check in. No fridge in the room. I was charged a $100 deposit which still hasn’t been returned even though nothing was wrong with the room. Went to check out the next morning and the office was again closed saying it wouldn’t open until 11am. Also they’re fully closed on Sunday. How do you run a hotel like that? Was forced to sign Ana agreement that they could enter the room at any time. Had to physically life up the door to get it to actually lock

I stayed here before a few years ago and it was great. This time was a nightmare

It was dirty, roaches, NO KEYS for 6/7 days we stayed, the room phones don't work, when we called to tell them that they basically called us liars. When my television quit working and I hadn't touched it she blamed me Then my husband had a seizure and she called him a liability(he is on the appropriate medication)...she discriminated against us because of his disability and we had to leave! We COULDN'T have kept our booking.com price HAD we been able to stay! I don't understand how you can take MONEY for these services in good conscience!!!

That we only needed to stay for a few hours to rest in the middle of our trip

The pictures are completely false. Apparently the office is closed at a certain point which was not state prior to booking. Maintenance had to let us into a room because the guy couldn’t make us a key. The bathroom had used towels and bar of soap in the tub. The door did not securely lock. Only 1 of the 2 beds had all the linen. We slept because it was late but got up early to rush out of there.

I didn't like nothing. Roaches everywhere. And very dirty. No hit water. No toilet paper. Light didn't work. Just a mess. Drug infested place. Never stay there again. Even the towels were dirty. Tear the place down. 😢

Everything. Staff is rude and unpleasant. Facilities are trashy. We didn't even end up staying due to the environment but was charged full price. It's been almost a month with no refund. Staff there tried to tell booking they "gave us a refund directly," which was a lie. This was easily verified by the messages on the booking app between me and the property. We were checked in AFTER WE TOLD THEM WE WAS NOT STAYING and charged the whole over $200 instead of the $68 cancelation fee. When talking to the property on the booking app, you will learn how unpleasant and unprofessional they really are. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend.

the room was mostly clean, but there was no toilet paper or toilet paper holder, there was old food in the fridge and live roaches in the microwave. there were also cigarette butts all over the property including the elevator and a pervasive cigarette smell in the room.
