Clearly old property that was not well taken care of. Looks sketchy from the outside but is in a pod with a bunch of other nicer hotels. The bed was actually great and well-made. The room was Spartan and similar to European budget hotels just old. Breakfast is sort of pushing it. Some stale muffins and a coffee machine. Apparently, a selection of sugar cereals was also there

stop burning the vanilla candles and just clean it all better. Paint and fix many of the things ... it all felt rather sad

I enjoyed the cushioned seating underneath the window. The ac works very well. The pillows and bed were quite comfy. The water pressure for the shower was also good.

Was not happy with the included breakfast: a small selection of cereal and bagels. The juice machine didn't even work. The hairdryer was burnt out. The walls are super thin, I could hear everything from the other rooms. I'm not sure when the rooms have been last updated... the curtains had holes in them.

It was close to many options for food and activities

It was not the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and is very outdated. The included hairdryer seems like a fire hazard. The shower didn’t stay hot for more than 10 minutes so every time I showered the last few minutes was a quick and freezing rinse. Our fridge did not work and although reported after our first night, it was never replaced. There were very few helpful employees and I still have a $170 pending charge on my bank account that no one seems to be able to explain.

It was so bad, I checked out after 4 hours and drove the 9 hours home.

It was convenient.

They took a $40 deposit and never returned it. That put the cost of this room to over $120. The room was super hot, the bathroom fan made a lot of noise, the beds were very lumpy and worn out.

They stay was good overall. The staff and room was nice. However, the hotel needs and upgrade.

I think it's time for a remodel of the facilities. The place needs new carpeting, fresh paint and a remodel of the front desk area. The breakfast is lame. Bagels and cereal. It needs to have fresh fruit and possibly waffles or pancakes.

Housekeeping was rude. She would open the door instead of announcing that she’s housekeeping she knocked one time and open. The door would not wait for anyone to respond. I asked her to mop my room. She never did it. It was a horrible day.

Good location and nice staff.

Room was supposed to be non smoking but reaked of cigarettes. The room next door was arguing and smoking weed heavily (could smell it). The toilet had urine on it when we entered the room and I found a cockroach. The fees were over 90 dollars more than what I agreed to when I booked the room with the app I used, they do not honor the price on the app in my case booking.com. The bed had huge spot where you can clearly tell that it was worn way down obvious dip throughout the bed which leads me to believe it was a very old mattress. Several of the guests keep arguing and wandering around the halls which also seemed very suspicious for the $290 I spent I would say it was a solid $100 at best. I feel it very over priced for what they have to offer.

Easy to find

We got to the hotel and they didn’t have our reservation. The clerk offered us 2 rooms w/ an adjoining door. We said no, we want the room that we paid for. She found a room that was being painted and asked if we wanted that one. We took it I had called and also texted, asking if we could cancel as we were driving to Northern Wisconsin and bad weather was expected. They said no.

Never again

Elevator did not work, carrying luggage to second floor was huge disappointed with my disability. Asked for extra pillows- front desk person said he would bring a couple to room- never happened. No orange juice from dispenser. The biscuits and gravy was powder. No waffle maker even. Breakfast matched the rest of the hotel- gross...not even fruit was offered. The place was dirty and needa a complete make over! Dated bathroom and shower head leaked.

Checked in and got to the room, immediately noticed ants all over the bathroom. I had seen someone say that in previous reviews but I chose to ignore it ( regretfully ) The phone then rings and I’m told I have to come back downstairs with my ID again ( already was taken and copied previously ) I go down and the receptionist tells me that she gave me someone else’s room by mistake because our names sounded similar.. even though, you know she had my ID. she then makes me and this guy who now thinks I took his room stand there for 10 minutes while she tries to find my booking. I booked this cause it was cheap. it’s cheap because the facilities are shocking. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but no ants inside your rooms should be a basic. also it’s really loud there, between the tv’s all night and the other guests *bonding* I recommend paying a little extra and getting somewhere better.
