The front desk person seemed nice
The room was filthy I was only provided one big towel no other towels at all and no soap an their are no garbage cans in the room at all

The fact that I only stayed there for less than 9 hours due to weather conditions and an "inclement weather" policy at my job.
My reservation was scheduled for 7-8pm and when I arrived at 7:56 pm there was a notice posted to the door informing guests the office was closed and to TEXT for service. After getting my key, I asked where it was located and was told right across the lot. After parking and walking upstairs in 12° weather, it turned out the room was on the other side of the building so I had to walk back down, move my car around and walk back up. Before even entering my room, the room next to me had three people that entered and exited and the traffic/slamming door continued throughout the night. If you know, you know and it was obvious there was illegal activities taking place there. The room itself wasn't "remolded" with the wood floors as the pictures implied, there were roaches crawling on the walls, from behind the backboard of the beds and even a dead one under one of the pillows on one of the beds that had obviously been there a while. As well, the code I was given to access the internet didn't work so I wasn't even able to watch the TV that had been splashed something and not cleaned off either. Quite frankly, the room was overpriced and a terrible experiencead. Had it not been for the weather being so bad and my stay being for limited hours (I had to be back at work at 6:15AM), I most definitely would have called customer service and found another room somewhere else. I will also be leaving an honest review so others don't have to have the experience I did, especially since the room I got was on the lower priced end and I'm sure the rooms get no better regardless.

Roaches everywhere. I could not sleep because I got up at 1am and went to sleep in the car. The roaches where literally everywhere!

Absolutely nothing was likable
My check in got pushed back an hour then what is said on Booking.com. I was told my room was being cleaned....then I arrived. This was by far the worst room ive ever seen in my life. The walls were covered in splatter marks from brown liquid. The dresser was chewed up and missing a drawer. There was a bug on the ceiling,the towels had hair on them,the bathroom door was chewed up like a dog was locked in there, the outside had broken down cars and trash with a homeless encampment beside the room in the woods the smell from the room still lingers on my pants from sitting on the bed after 30mins of freaking out I had to leave
I still haven't received a refund from red carpet in or booking.com

Well, there’s no carpet but the floors were dirty and we had to clean before we unpacked. there is no reason for filthy rooms, it’s just laziness.
ordered a double room with two beds, got one double bed instead for two nights. It took over an hour to get checked in, so I was not about to waste more time trying to get another room. I’ll never stay at a Red Carpet Inn again. learned my lesson here.

staff were rude didn’t have or bring the next day all your towels or sheets no pillowcases on pillows was dirty stuff written on the wall in bathroom bed was so old and uncomfortable roaches in hotel they aren’t about taking care of there of providing for guest at all just a horrible and wouldn’t recommend staying here
