The front desk agent Geoffrey I believe was welcoming, accommodating, kind, thoughtful of my needs. I was very fragile, weak & sick. He got me a room that was warm & close to elevator. To get around easily. Helped my friend with requests also. Thank You

Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, nice breakfast selections, convenient in-room kitchen.

I wasn't clear on how to get light service to the room, to exchange towels, empty trash. The desk staff were happy to serve me, however. There wasn't in-room service till Day 3 of our stay. I just wish I'd known the system, and I'm still not sure what to expect next time.

Being overcharged. Double charged. Getting locked out of room. 10 day delay on refund and discount. Manager rude and another desk clerk mouthed off and was condescending.

Pretty good stay

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Had my info like credit card on file and didn’t have to reshow it upon arrival. Check out was quick and easy. Quite. Good location, right off the interstate and not in downtown.

Clogged the toilet, a first for me. Didn’t have maintenance come fix it, just sent a plunger. The bathtub needs a remodel, looks dirty but it’s not.

Im a staybridge fan.

The housekeeper walked in at 11am without knocking or announcing a visit. Shower curtain filthy. Chair in bedroom has large stains.

Connie the night manager was amazing. We had stayed there only because they offered a pool and the pool had been closed for 2 months and it was not indicated on anything when we booked. No one wanted to even offer anything but Connie stepped up and offered us points and snacks for the inconvenience she was the ONLY one who seemed to care

No pool,gym was nasty, filter lights for the water cooler in gym indicating bad filter and no hand sanitizer,pillows are awful, no one cleaned our room the whole weekend we were there as well

It was a comfortable stay. Everything was clean. Would def stay again.

The room(suite) had a few cosmetic issues. The bottom of the bathroom door was damaged from what looked like water damage. And the carpet was ripped in one spot. Other than that everything was great.

Free washer and dryer was definitely a plus. Breakfast was super yummy!

They would not give us the pillows we needed or towels and wash rags. We seemed to be a bother when asking the man that eve for a blanket for the pull out couch. Let alone the sheet. As they knew we were 4 adults staying 2 nights... we will not be back.

We made lemonade out of our lemons

The room set up was nice, but the hotel had no available bedding for the fold out hidabed. The outside area promised utside grills for cooking and my large family was counting on using them to prepare food. But neither grill was operational. the pieces were missing they weren't even hooked up with gas. Front desk had no idea how to reconnect or use. Although the room promised self set thermostats, ours did not work at all and the staff had no idea how to make it work. We roasted at night trying to stay cool. The hot water and shower pressure was amazing The kids loved the pool area The consession area was nice but not stocked, and over priced My hrother was charged $5.00 for a single bottled soda. He was required to pay cash...I cant help but wonder where that money went as we were told later, that the hotel accepted no cash.

Sunday morning, breakfast was vacant. When we finally found the front desk staff, she was oblivious to the fact that no staff had showed up to prepare and nothing was out. No food was available Guest were piling into the area, some stomped off, some drank coffee and left, some tried to find the front desk staff, I ralleyed my family, staying at the hotel, together and we stepped up. A man from maintenance showed up and got the hot food started in the ovens as we went into the kitchen area and began stocking food.. Waffle batter was prepared, cereals were restocked, We found milk, fruit cups , cereal bars, yogurts, breads, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit cream cheese and butter and stocked it all. We started more coffee and kept it coming. We washed silverware and plates. I felt terrible for my loved ones, wondering what I had pulled them into , but they kept going as we waited for the hot food to finish cooking.. I am so proud of what we accomplished I was able to make sure my family got something to eat and got the service going out of the kindness of my heart. Onlookers stared, many had the nerve to complain. Leaving messes on the tables and counters that we cleaned up. We did the best we could given the circumstance

We had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites Louisville - East! The accommodations were comfortable and spacious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offerings were delicious and varied, and the amenities such as the fitness center and common areas made our stay even more enjoyable. The only surprise—or minor drawback—was that parking was not included and required an additional fee. Since the hotel is located a bit removed from the busy downtown area, this was a bit disappointing and not common in our experiences.

Enjoy stay but was hoping for an exceptional stay since we were in town for wedding

Ants all over nightstand and bed. Didn’t notice until morning of checkout. Informed desk and they said they would pass info along. Transition strip from tile to carpet missing. My girlfriend cut her foot but not serious enough to alert staff until checkout. Staff friendly loved the room size but was a little dated for the price.
