I will not stay here again. There was a facilities problem, and they did not want to help.

The toilet had no chain on the flushing device. I asked for a repair, and they had no one there to fix it. They made me switch rooms after I had unpacked. They offered no discount or anything all.

Simple, good for a few nights stay, definitely not a luxurious stay.

Small, felt homey, pretty simple for a hotel which I like.

The employee at the time of our check in was smoking outside, and led the cigarette smell into the building while checking in, and didn’t really give us directions, so we were kind of lost for a second. Walls are a little thin, you can hear everything. And the shower was a bit confusing.

Eggs were tasteless and bland more like powdered eggs. Coffee was weak and cereal selection was poor. Need more towels in the room.

Terrible customer service!

Never made it though checking in.

The night front desk told us our payment was declining from Booking.com, but I had all the confirmations. Called booking, they tried to contact the hotel numerous times via phone and email. The guy at the front desk said he could not confirm with an email and he could not call them (as her calls weren’t coming through). They ended up cancelling our reservation and placing us elsewhere.

Looked good, BUT...

PROS: Decorated nicely. Got to pk out front. Had indoor ELEVATOR! Waffles, yogurt, fruit, juice, strong coffee, teas.

Eggs were solid blk of yellow casserole. Didn't know what they were! Sausage tasted ok, but looked raw. Coffee cups tiny. TV in room broken, ice, laundry on floor broken, had to switch rooms at 10p. Tub in new room didn't drain, but all else wkd. Hall carpet dirty, paper on floor not picked up. Someone loosing pieces off sneakers all over halls- not picked up. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!

My room didn’t have a smoke detector, multiple lights did not work, there were holds in the bathroom, there was mold in the shower, the bed KILLED my back, the whole hotel smelled strange almost like weed.

The bed was absolutely luxurious for the price of the room. The linens were clean, bright white, and beautiful. The bed was SO comfortable! The breakfast was complete and offered yogurt, fresh fruit, AND protein. We will look for Sleep Inns again!

Too noisy the guy above me. And really strange. I did not end up staying. I asked to be moved and they did not accommodate my request. I canceled the reservation but never received my money back including the hundred dollar deposit.

We had a dog and they put us on the 2nd floor. Also the sign on the check in desk said there is a $15 charge per night per dog. I see they charged me $30.57 on my card for pet fee. The ice machine was not working and the dryer was also not working w

Worth to stay.

Everything is fine. The staff cleans a room regularly. The place is quiet. It leaved up my expectations. Just keep in your mind that it is not expensive hotel and for this money this hotel does their job well

Size of the bed

Carpet tore up.you could smell cigarette smoke.The shower had a big hole that was painted over. We will not stay here again. For the price you would have thought it would have been better quality.
