Perfect and Relaxing stay.

The checking in was easy and the room with the Kitchenette was awesome, It had everything you needed in the room from Pots, pans and plates right down to the Wine Cork puller, It was great and everything you could need on a visit was there. Even had a Dishwasher. And the breakfast in the Main Lobby while I didnt experience it personally, I can only imagine that was an awesome breakfast, I wanted to stay for it but I had to get on my way home. I only stayed there to get out of the house for a night. You really couldnt pick a better place to stay really for the price you can't find better.

I honestly cant think of anything that could of been better. Everything was as good as it could have been. So I have no complaints whatsoever.

Great job taking care of a family traveling during the first holiday since their daddy/spouse died.

This was the first holiday since my husband, Steve, died in August. The children and I traveled up north to visit Steve's mother and brother and family. The staff did a great job during a challenging time. Thank you.

My only complaint is that the coffee tea maker did not work and the coffee/tea supplies were not enough to make anything in the room. I got coffee downstairs, though.

I loved the layout with the courtyard! The room was very spacious and the continental breakfast was great!

I don’t believe there are any elevators, so lugging baggage up and down the stairs was inconvenient.

They were rude at the front desk. When I called the day before they hung up and the day of I was told to wait until 3 for my room. I was there at 1:30. I found a roach under the sink in the bathroom.

Good selection of hot and cold buffet food. Spacious shower, large fridge and freezer in 2 bed suite.

We checked in and went to our room to find it had used bed linen on and used towels lying in bathroom. On reporting to reception we were upgraded to another room. The receptionist dealt with it promptly and to our satisfaction. The room we were allocated was lovely.

10/10 would recommend and will for sure come back.

We enjoyed the breakfast the food was amazing, and we liked that there were different options each morning. Housekeeping staff did an amazing job keeping our room cleaned and fresh towels were always available.

The mattresses felt a little flat in my opinion it wasn't the best sleep but, the pillows made up for that.

Breakfast is good but it's everyday same food. It would even better if they can provide some changes by time. The front desk are super friendly. You can ask them any question and get answered with polite.

The laundry room is fine but there is only one front-loading washing machine and it's broken. All the others are traditional top-loading type machine. In the room, it is almost fully equiped. You have a whole set of kitchen, stove, oven, dish washer (I didn't use it anyway), ditergent, etc. But I think forgot to give a dish sponge -- how can I wash the plate, cup, dishes after using them?

There was a big party in the pool area. People not staying at the hotel took up the whole pool area. People were smoking and drinking heavily. My kids and I were unable to use the pool.

Could've been better

Wifi did not work the entire time we were there. This made working on our laptops and completing school duties very challenging. Management was not eager to seek a resolution they just pretty much said oh well, alot of people are connected to the WiFi and that's why it's not working properly.
