We picked this hotel mostly because it's dog friendly, they had some water bowl and treats by the front desk, and gave us a room by the door for easy access to the exterior.
It is conveniently located off the freeway, not too far from downtown Pleasanton. It's clean and the rooms are nice.
Not the hotel's fault, but there was a group of kids running around and making a ruckus during most of the evening and even past 10pm.
We asked for room service on the third day, but housekeeping didn’t come.

The M Lounge was excellent treat throughout the day
High level rooms do not have a bathtub..showers only. I like to take a bath after a long day and enjoy the views from my room but here that would be the second floor if I want a bathtub.
