Convenient dog-friendly stay in Pleasanton.

We picked this hotel mostly because it's dog friendly, they had some water bowl and treats by the front desk, and gave us a room by the door for easy access to the exterior. It is conveniently located off the freeway, not too far from downtown Pleasanton. It's clean and the rooms are nice.

Not the hotel's fault, but there was a group of kids running around and making a ruckus during most of the evening and even past 10pm. We asked for room service on the third day, but housekeeping didn’t come.

The M Lounge was excellent treat throughout the day

High level rooms do not have a bathtub..showers only. I like to take a bath after a long day and enjoy the views from my room but here that would be the second floor if I want a bathtub.

The hotel is very easy to get to; no complicated directions.

We did not eat breakfast there. I understand that for the price of the room, you cannot give free breakfast. the room was clean and comfortable. The place was quiet.

My husband thought the bed was too soft, but i thought it was very comfortable.

Skimpy supplies in room-like creamer for the coffee? Two only. All was just ‘ok’. Nothing more than bare bones basics, like a glorified Motel 6. Not what the chain used to be and a bit overpriced for its skimpy-ness.

The stay was fine it was the next day for breakfast that I was not very happy with.

The property was great. It was nice and clean.

I was upset about the breakfast time,the staff member was rude about the breakfast and not professional at all. She did not specify how our breakfast worked we did not know how it was supposed to be ordered and what not so we were waiting and waiting then when we went to ask her if we would get our breakfast or how it worked she was rude about it,like if we knew what to do. We were very disappointed.

The overall hotel and staff was great and very accommodating

It was clean and inviting. I was able to request a lower level floor and was also able to communicate easily with the hotel prior to my stay.

There was a power outage, which was not the hotel’s fault. However, I feel like there could have been some assistance available for people who had to navigate the stairs with all of their luggage.

The one thing that was a disappointment was that we had lost power and were not able to shower and nothing was offered, a discount or drink or food voucher. I know that the power outage was not planned but when I called several times to find out any information there was no answer.

We were there 2 nights to see family. It was perfectly located and close to many amenities

the facility was lovely, the staff was cordial, and the grounds were beautiful. We especially enjoyed the pool and the bar.

Our water was super foggy, our sink kept clogging and I couldn’t get a hold of any hospitality

I liked the location it was close to where we needed to be.

The front desk was somewhat rude when I tried to ask for late check out. Due to use having a tournament I needed a late check out he said no that’s only for club members… I couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the phone to ask for extra blankets. I asked for 2 double beds I received a king so my daughter had to slee on the couch with only a sheet. Super disappointed!!

The parking isn’t great. Also felt like there was more thought put into the lounge and pizzazz of the place than the rooms. You can hear every single noise from other rooms and the hallways. Not muffled what so ever. Also no microwave? Odd.

The $25 per-person surprise charge of the buffet. Nothing was posted and staff didn't make us aware we had to pay for breakfast. Plus the cost was extreme for a simple buffet.

We booked the room and were advised that of the first night rate. When we saw the bill, subsequent nights were significantly more expensive and we felt misled. The documents did reveal the different rates but were misleading and poorly disclosed.

Staff at check in was extremely welcoming and helpful. Even for being on the later side of the evening. The beds were very comfortable and the room was modern and clean.

The hotel is beautiful and easy to access from the freeway, the only thing that was frustrating was how thin the door or walls seemed. You could hear everything going on in the hallway and lobby outside.

Clean room. Friendly staff during breakfast this morning. Didn't get her name, she maybe in her 50s, she really looked after us well.

Grumpy guy at the reception last night, no smile, lacked customer service skill. Hope our nationality didn't have anything to do with it. Expected your swimming pool to be operative, I had put request earlier in the week for our room to be close to pool. No one came back to advise.. very disappointed especially as my two daughters were really looking forward to going in the pool
