A fine place but can use a few changes to make it better.

The bed, bathroom, tv, fridge, lighting, and wifi are great. The shower is good but takes a little while to warm up. The AC is good but takes a little while to cool the room. A lot of nearby places to get food.

There are microwave ovens for guest use but the room they are in is not lighted. At night, if you don't bring your own light you can't see the buttons clearly.

Roach Motel6

Staff was incredibly rude The first room i was put in had a giant Roach in the bathroom . When I mentioned it to staff she put us in the room two doors down. That room had multiple roaches of many sizes in the room . They blamed us for a hotel that was in the wall and a TV thata was not working. I wouldn't ever stay at this location again. The staff lady kept spam calling my phone and making rude comments to me. She called me out my name . Very unprofessional and vector control should be called immediately. Also the the beds have no mattress protectors on them a lot of stains.

Very clean , good location and staff is nice as well!! There are 2 MICROWAVES downstairs in the closet pantry next to the ice machine and vending machines!!!! I've Was a very fast and easy check in no hassle and no deposit which is always good

Great, but just one thing to fix

Peaceful rooms with activities and eateries close by.

The swimming pool is out of order. I regularly love to swim, and I hope to book a stay with a working pool and hot tub the next time I book a stay. I want other guests to be able to enjoy the pool and hot tub, too.

The shower only had about half of the water up to the shower, turning it on. That was a bit difficult to deal with. The tub filled up. I did tell the front desk and was told that there was no maintenance worker there while I stayed unfortunately.

Good location. Near freeway entrance and in n outburger. Next to a service station.

I booked 2 rooms and paid for 2 rooms through booking.com. i got a confirmation email. When i got there. Motel 6 said they only got payment for 1 room, and they told me i have to pay them again if i need the 2nd room. I showed them the confirmation email. They didn't care. Manager wouldn't talk to me. It was midnight after driving all day from vegas, exhausted, i had 3 kids in the car. And they were telling me i only had 1 room. I needed 2 rooms. I ended up paying again. I was furious. Horrible service. That was not my issue. It was between booking.com and motel 6. Now i question booking.com.

We didn't stay there because they cancelled our reservation without a phone call!!!

We put down that we wanted to pay when we checked in, which was something that they offered. They charged our card before our check in time and the card on file is not one I use. So, it was declined and they cancelled our reservation without a phone call or anything. My husband showed up to check in and they were rude and had no more rooms available!! Will never book there again!
