honestly it exceeded what I expected the staff was really nice and rooms were very clean and they provide breakfast and I loved that the room had a sink ,stove ,dish washer, cups and pots and pans this would be a perfect place to have an extended stay at anytime and its pretty much right next to most places people would wanna go to whether its restaurants or shopping, with that said ill be back for sure when im in Pleasanton

When I checked in I had to go back and forth to the front desk 4 times to get a working keycard just to get in the room. Eventually I just said give me a different room. The girl said “Yeah our keycards kinda suck”. Also, I was asked what floor I preferred. I said the first floor was good if it isn’t too noisy. Sure enough around 9pm it got loud in the hallway and in neighboring rooms. I put in earplugs and got some rest.
There was a loud noise coming from the refrigerator that came on and I wasn’t using it so I just unplugged it…
