We LOVED the location of the property and the staff were all very kind.

I did not like the cleanliness most of all, when filling up the tub numerous white things came out - the best I can describe is like the material inside of a diaper? Very odd. The plastic shower curtain had someone’s hair on it. One of the smaller rags that was folded by the sink had what I’m assuming was makeup on it. The heating system needs cleaning the smell of burning dust was horrible, we could not use it and it gets quite cold this time of the year. The bed was clearly done in a rush but thankfully had no stains. There were also 2 dogs barking half of the night.

As soon as you walked in the hotel, you knew it is going to be bad! The hotel is quite dirty ( at least from my standard), from the lobby & hallways , it smelled like chemicals (pesticide) and the room itself. As soon as you open the door to the room, the smell or odors of food smelled was awful ( cooking & oily smell), dark & dinghy & no air succulent in the room & the AC unit falling apart ( the vents doesn’t shut properly), you can see the filler was super dirty ( mean you breathe the dirty air into your lug), dirty carpet & no shampoo & no conditioner & no lotion & just 2 little bars of soap. For $$$ spent, it doesn’t worth it. I book at the last minute and have no choice but pick this hotel without knowing what I got into??? I believe this hotel at one point it might had been a subsidized housing or something, I don’t know but I NEVER to stay here again even given a FREE night! However. I felt safe with the location. And that is the only one good thing about this hotel!!!!

The lady Lay who checked us in was rude and they didn't have a restroom anywhere for guests as we just came in from the road. She seemed uncaring about the fact that I was about to piss my pants and my wife was silent about she had to go also. The room has no working phone to call front desk And no breakfast just snack food. Horrendous stay. Will probably not return.

It was cheap, good location, felt safe

Everything is Extremely old and outdated. “you get what you pay for” vibes. inattentive staff, very weird layout with super cheap furniture and features

Breakfast was poor. Granola bars, bagged muffins. Nothing to carry stuff in . No Decaf. No fresh fruit.

Mo clarity on kitchen utensils. No staff at the desk for check in or help. No emergency lights in room when we lost power.

Great place and spacious enough for couples. Booked this place twice and I’m happy! Kitchen area was great and let us rent pot/pan so we saved $ on outside food

The room we had 142 was quiet and just a few steps to the car.

I wish it had kitchen utensils in the room.

The breakfast was too simple, just small muffins and bars.

Cleanliness, competent staff, excellent customer service, great price made for good stay.

As for the shower, stringy hair all over the shower. The shower hadn't been cleaned!

Bed too small . That you had to carry the basics of the amenities yourself to the room. I guess that’s why it’s called extended stay.
