Everything was excellent!!

Parking offered space for veterans. Front desk staff were delightful, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The room was clean, clean, clean. All amenities were available, including an actual coffee maker rather than an "espresso" machine. Check in and check out were offered in an efficient way. Great stay. Great Inn.

Great outstanding

Breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. But the veggie sausage is awful. My dogs wouldn’t even eat it.

Good Wi-Fi, big tv, comfortable bed. Nice staff except the breakfast lady. This is my second time staying here for work and I had the same experience with her the last time. I’ll still come back but will complain about her to management if she is so rude a 3rd time. I get having a bad day but she reminds me of the mad old lunch lady.

Clean room, comfortable bed, wonderful staff everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional front desk, maintenance and breakfast staff. We really can’t say enough nice things about the staff.

We booked last min and were able to get a room I was super happy ! When we arrived the staff was quick & friendly and the place clean and helped us quickly! Our room was clean and ready it had everything, next day breakfast was great had different choices and enjoyable 😉 can't complain ....we will definitely be coming back! Thank your services and to your wonderful staff !

Healthy breakfast options, spacious and quiet rooms

Clean room, nice lobby and close to the freeway.

Shower had cold water. Marijuana smoking inside the hotel.

During our stay, the breakfast buffet never changed. The hot water for the packet oatmeal was cold… the gravy in the Non NSF crockpot with a broken lid so they put a paper plate over the top of it. On all 5 days Which could’ve been an easy fix for 25 bucks at Walmart!! the toaster would not toast bread. And what was the most shocking was that the boiled eggs/hard-boiled eggs did not have a lid on them. I find this very unsanitary. men with beards and women with long flopping hair sheds… I found many health violations just on the breakfast alone We went up to the breakfast lounge area around 6:30 at night to talk business. And the lobby and the hallways stunk so bad like somebody was cooking some nasty onion food. We complained about the odor…. I guess you can cook while at offiice-Counter desk to my surprise if you wanted to, but to make the whole Hotel lobby stink is disrespectful.

It is our second time staying in this location and we absolutely love it! The room and amenities especially the Continental breakfast were great. The staff were courteous especially the housekeepers were very accommodating. Definitely will be back and able to recommend it to our family members and friends.

The fresh guacamole was amazing. The beds were super comfy and didn't bother anyone else on bed when moving or getting up.

This hotel had a horrible smell as soon as you walked in the door. We shared the elevator with a door dasher and asked about the smell. Smelled like spoiled garbage. Milk at breakfast tasted spoiled also. The staff at the front desk was very helpful.
