Good stay for standard business trips only.

I liked the balcony, that it included a microwave and fridge.

Tub is worn down. My washcloth had a long black hair in it. No streaming service.

The room I had was in the back corner of the property really quiet I liked that couldn't hear my neighbors if there was some and only thing I heard was the cleaning lady in the morning

The cleaning lady in the morning, I understand she wants to get the rooms cleaned and ready for the next day but she was knocking on my door quite early I didn't answer in a timely fashion and she start to open the door I told her to hold on I was half naked and that check out isn't till 11am. She was nice and left but opening the door early wasn't pleasant for me

Good location, great customer service with subpar facilities.

Location was near good food, gas stations and such. I liked the staff as they were friendly.

The bathrooms are outdated and shower did not seem sanitary. The drains were somewhat clogged. I had to remove the shower drain stopper in order for water to not puddle. The sink puddled as well. Just not pleasant when considering other guests have stayed there. Being there is no placard or ticket given to put on the dash of your vehicle, I find it odd there is a parking fee. I could’ve just said we didn’t have a car with us to bypass the added fee. The beds were noisy at every turn. Towels smelled like chlorine and very rough. My toddler got a nose bleed when wiping his face with a towel. This was a one night stay and that’s all I could’ve tolerated.

The bedding was so worn and thin and discolored it was pretty gross. The bathroom light was also coming out of the ceiling and there was rust in the bathtub. Things that a property could easily fix.

Mostly very enjoyable

The courtyard was lovely, room was clean, bed was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and views of the pond and trees.

The air conditioner fan worked. But even with the thermostat temp set to 64 the room never cooled down. The room remained at 70-71 degrees It made it difficult to sleep and get comfortable with the humidity.

We stayed for 10 days and the property met almost all of our needs.

Great location, amenities and comfort. The staff was amazing. It was close to public transit.

The laundry permanently closed and the hot tub was out of service a few times.

It was ok very close to Tommy Ts so was ok for an overnight trip.

Nice pond and landscape. Fridge in room was convenient. Sleeping area looked nice and clean.

Bathroom vent dripped black substance in toilet area. Advertised restaurant was under construction and wasn’t mentioned prior to visit. I had to add door dash app for food delivery. Patio set doesn’t look like it was cleaned nor that area.

I loved the location, it’s clean, the atmosphere is friendly ,and it’s quiet .

The maid coming around banging on the door ever 30 mins with a card way before check out. I had to open the door the 3rd time she did it and ask her why and she just left her cart and walked away. I’m talking like 9:30am-1030am in the morning. What the f—-?

We were woken at 2.30am one morning by the fire alarm- we were not given any instructions or explanation by any stzff staff members only that they didn’t know why the alarm went off- this happened again on a subsequent evening with the same result. Thankfully there did not appear to be a fire but I dread to think what might have happened had it been. Also they got our reservation wrong despite it being correct on booking.com Housekeeping just ok
